Would not eat here! I asked for fresh food only to be told the fries and nuggets only last 5 minutes. The food tasted like it was cooked hours ago. Manager offered me to drive all the way back for a cash refund.

Genuinely do not visit this location.
Thought the reviews were hyperbole, no it’s really that bad.
Went here twice, COLD fries, cold hamburger, frosty half-melted. Staff speak very little English which makes it very difficult to resolve issues.
Second time I came I complained about the fries and waited 10mins for new ones (somehow still not fresh but I just left), guy behind me in line left with his order and saw him pulling back in when I was leaving.

This store has very few staff members. You can only order through 1 kiosk inside located on the counter so if there’s a line you’re there for a long time… Better to go to the drive thru… The place is clean and there’s parking on site but if you plan to sit inside and eat make sure you have lots of time to wait… These fast food places don’t seem to be adding staff to take orders but going the other way!

Haven’t had a Wendy’s deluxe burger in a long time so I decided to stop for lunch.
No one was in the drive-through and only a few cars in the parking lot. Should’ve tipped me off.
By the time I got to the window to pay, he handed my burger right away. Should’ve known.
Burger felt and tasted like it just came out of the refrigerator burger was dry and cold and half the bun was hard.

Ordered on grubhub last night, food came completely cold and made me sick to my stomach after one bite. They somehow forgot the bacon on the bacon burgers and instead slathered ketchup, onions, and a single tomato on a bun instead of following the modifications that were requested. I don’t get how it could’ve been messed up so bad. I haven’t eaten here in a while and definitely won’t be returning. Absolutely vile.

How this Wendy’s is still even operating is beyond me. I asked for 3 frosty’s and when I tried to order the first frosty, the lady asked me to pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window, she asked me “What’s your order?” I was able to order all my frosties and she told me to pull up to the “window”. There was no other window. There was just a door where another employee was, handing out food. I fully understand stuff happens and you have to make up a system that works but this ain’t it. The handful of times i’ve been to this Wendy’s I can’t say i’ve had a good experience unfortunately. Avoid this place.

Hands down THE WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Dry tasteless burgers topped by a stale bun. Not a one off. The person I went with had the same bad experience. Obviously management could care less as they dont respond to complaints made through their evaluation web page. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seriously, GO anywhere else.

Only drive-thru was available and the employee did not speak english. On top of that she was incredibly rude and stopped us ordering mid way to tell us to just “go to the window” despite not being finished. once we got our order the wrap was completely stale, hard as rock, and the fries were cold and unsalted. avoid this place like the plague. i can’t even get a refund because no one speaks english there.
