Worst customer service I have ever received! I stopped in this restaurant with 3 kids on 11-26-25 and ordered with no more than 10 customers in the restaurant. I waited for 7 minutes and after seeing patrons receive their food before us even though they ordered after us I asked for a refund. I realize different foods take different times to cook but not the whole restaurant. The manager got extremely heated and started making excuses for the delay. She then proceeded to refund every single item we had ordered individually, down to bbq and ranch sauces which took another 10minutes. I spent over 20 minutes in this restaurant and never got my food or an apology. When I asked why one family of 3 who ordered behind us already received their food, I was told “they are family”! How unprofessional to prioritize a staff members family over other paying patrons. When I told the manager that was a bad business practice she starts telling me I’m setting a bad example for my kids, in front of them and other patrons. I hope the owners review footage of my ordeal and make some changes. I filled out a survey regarding my experience via the number on the receipt and received a response with no resolution other than they will “review and address my concerns” but I’ve heard nothing back.

I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but I am utterly disappointed in this McDonalds location.

This weekend I came from New Jersey to visit one of of my best friends from college in Richmond. As we always did in our college days our plan was to play some basketball and end with our favorite post hoops grub…McDonalds.

Admittedly our hoop session did run late, but last night (01/17) at approximately 11:40pm we pulled into the McDonald’s drive thru with 4 people in the car. 3 of us were planing on ordering, and we indicated in the drive through that we had 3 separate orders. My two friends placed their order and when I was beginning my order the drive thru attendant interrupted me and said “we can only take two orders”… huh??

Imagine my shock as we indicated that we would be placing three orders yet we were limited to two. Ok fine.

So we pulled ahead paid for the first two orders then quickly went around the restaurant and got back in the drive thru line at approximately 11:50pm. We waited, and waited, and waited for 10 minutes. No reply from the drive thru attendant. Then all of a sudden the menu turned off. My heart sank.

We then pulled back up to grab the other two orders from the second window, and when the heavyset worker delivered the food, I begged. I pleaded to please allow me to feel happy with the delicious taste of McDonalds post hoops. But he was incredible rude in his tone and did not allow me to order.

Now I understand not all McDonalds are the same. And I should not judge the actions of one McDonalds and allow it to taint my opinion of others. A lesson very important especially this weekend, as this is not what MLK would have wanted.

But I am very disappointed in the closing staff on (01/17) at this McDonalds location and am hoping that McDonalds can make amends.

As far as fast food in general, and this McDonald’s location in particular, the food and service were better than many others. The sausage McMuffins were hot and fresh. The coffee was good. Our order was delivered to the table in a kind and timely manner. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy. I have noticed though, that whenever I visit this particular location … customers seem to talk really loudly in the dining area.

They bump all there orders to make it look like they have good speed. Stood there for 20 min and was never even spoken to. Middle of the day full staff! Just horiable service! Manager walking past ignoring people. Employees dressed sloppy touching food with their bare hands! Do not recommend going to this McDonald’s. Then when I finally do get my food she looks me in my eyes and throws it on the highest part of the delivery shelf not even on the rack

This location is one of my favorite McDonald’s to frequent. The dining area is open and has a variety of seating options, including a screen game for kids/at heart to play. There is a lady who works there, not sure if she is a manager, but she has been very kind and considerate of her coworkers and the customers with her words and actions – which I hope she gets acknowledged and rewarded for.

The food usually is fresh tasting, but the dine-in customer wait can seem long. That seems to be the case with the competition of time spent on the drive-through customers. The bathroom is pretty nice.

We got our food all apart and it was ice cold we had to heat up every single thing we got even my brother and child’s happy meal. We call they say we make our food to order that bs cause everything felt like a brick of damn ice. And they just slapped my moms McRib together this is ridiculous I’ve never had any issues with this McDonald’s they have always been the best one but the people at night time have awful attitudes and do not care at all.

It’s 10:21 pm on Friday Oct.17 the person working the guy the drive thru was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards the guy that was in front of me and told him I’m trying to be very patient and professional with you but your going to have to wait (after waiting 10 minutes already) He then asked for a manager and when she came to the mic she was also very rude and unprofessional with the guy in front. Listening in the guy in front didn’t say anything disrespectful towards the workers he was just curious why it was taking so long. I had to back out and leave because I was not going to deal with this kind of disrespectful attitude towards a customer.

Very rude and disrespectful towards delivery personnel. No basic manners on how to treat people with respect. The older lady was shouting at the top of her voice even though I was simply trying to have a normal conversation with her. When I asked which order it was, she just responded, “I don’t know,” in a rude tone. Very unprofessional behavior

I ordered 6 meals with 2 kids meals. All burgers with no pickles. They took the pickles and burger off of the kids meal and the fries were super hard (overcooked). No receipt. This use to be my favorite McDonalds but it has gone down. I’ve gotten attitude from several workers within the past 3 weeks. I am highly disgusted and pissed

Always something with the location, ordere on the app for curbside thinking it would be quicker with the drive thru backed up, I was wrong….. sat there for 20 mins waiting on food meanwhike drive thru cleared out and people were walking in and ordering their food and getting it before I got my stuff. At least give people a heads up if you’re short staffed so they can understand.
