I ate here yesterday (chicken box) and the chicken was terribly dry. It was a late lunch so the chicken may have been leftover. The fries were not hot. The biscuit was perfect (not greasy, cooked well on the outside, and fluffy on the inside). I gave two stars because the lady at the drive through was so nice! Outstanding customer service! But that chicken should have been thrown out; it was too hard and dry.

Its fast food so you can only expect so much but.. they had this awesome AI order system in the drive thru and I really like it. The AI took my order and got it all correct even though I made changes to the normal combos. 1st place ive seen this tech so far but I dont eat a ton of fast food so I could be behind on this

My son and I were their 1st lunch customers of the day. I ordered 2 5 piece tender meals which came to 24+$. My son was given 2 small chicken balls to equate a tender. So when I went back to the windows a young man attempted to hand me 2 chicken tenders (in his hand no box or wrapper) and when I asked if he was serious he said at least I have on gloves. The other two employees came to the windows and proceeded to correct his mistake with a box of chicken nuggets. Im genuinely disappointed.

Went to buy a family meal at 7pm, they didnt have any chicken ready so we waited 30 minutes for the food, the person who took our order was very rude and kept saying “what?!” every time we told her what sides we wanted. The service was terrible. At least the food tasted good. But they didnt bother to put one single sauce inside after we told them multiple times what we wanted, and forget about silverware and straws for the drinks. Definitely avoid going to this location because half the tome they dont even have the food you want, and if you choose to wait for it they will probably do something to your food. Completely terrible and a waste of money and time.

My husband and some of his coworkers tried to get into this establishment today after working to clear the snow off of roads and businesses. They were not let into this establishment. They stated they didn’t have any chicken, but there were people walking in and out and sitting at the table eating this right here is really disrespectful. It makes no sense. They’re the ones who are missing out on money, these men are trying to eat so they can get back out there to make parking lot safe and Bojangles a big establishment. One doesn’t have chicken and will not let customers in to eat

Visited this location several times now. You cant beat Bojangles chicken! Restaurant is always neat and clean. Location is fairly new with nicely maintained interior and exterior. This visit I tried the chicken rice bowl topped with Bo bites. It was very delicious and surprisingly filling for size of container. My only complaint about this location is the staff seen to argue and yell at each other on random trips here.

Artificial Intelligence replacing people???? I went to the drive thru last night and got the normal automated drive thru greeting. When I asked a question about the $19.99 family meal, the robot voice said “Sure, and what side did you want?” The response was nothing close to what I asked. I asked for help and no one came on. I decided to take my business to Popeyes where a real person was happy to take my order. I was also elated to know that their $29 meal included 9 pieces instead of 8. I hope that I am not the only one that will fight improper use of AI to replace jobs where humans are better suited. I will not be back to Bojangles unless this is fixed.

Biscuits undercooked, eggs a bit runny and a huge hair in my biscuit! Tea was nothing but sugar basically so can’t drink that either and I love sweet tea. This was the worst breakfast I’ve had at any biscuit place ever. Yuck! I should not have been surprised as I didn’t see anyone with hair nets either.

Got steak biscuits here 2 now and the biscuits. Are so hard you could honestly break a window with it. I don’t understand it. It must be a North Carolina thing. Where can you get food in North Carolina. That’s not burt or way over cooked. So I figured out what happened at this location. They absolutely microwaved 2 old biscuits and gave them to me. Stop being lazy and make fresh food. You should be ashamed. But I know you don’t care cause your not making it for yourself. Do better
