1) it does need an interior design update! I wish it felt more warm and welcoming. It looks plain and boring.
2) it smells like sewer SO bad by the bathrooms, which lingers in the building. Not what you want to smell at a restaurant!
Their breadsticks are delicious and the highlight of the meal. They are so softy, doughy, and have such great flavor. The dipping sauce options are great too. We did half Alfredo and half marinara. Their salad bar is fresh and it’s a decent size. Their ranch is delicious. We got the garlic chicken pizza and they did not skimp on the toppings. It was very flavorful and enjoyable.
Our waitress was one of the managers and was super accommodating and kind.
Overall, good experience – but pleaseeeee fix the smell!!!!
The dessert, with a cookie bottom, was a sweet treat, and the efficient service added to the positive atmosphere.
I want to give a special mention to the great drink selection at Pizza Factory. While I didn’t have the Raspberry Lemonade on this visit, I’ve had it before, and it’s undeniably good. On this particular visit, I enjoyed the Apple Beer as I always appreciate restaurants that carry it.
The atmosphere is a bit plain and the center room can be a bit loud and echoey, however, Pizza Factory remains a solid choice for those looking for good pizza, great drink options, and an overall enjoyable dining experience!
The best part? This food was unlike anything else we’ve had in our time in SLC! My husband was raised in New Orleans, and spent much of his time enjoying the seafood there. When he ordered the Cajun pasta, he didn’t expect much but was blown away by how delicious the shrimp and chicken was! He compared the meal to that of his favorite ma and pop shop that has been around for well over 100 years in New Orleans.
The creamy pesto pasta was phenomenal, the pizzas were perfectly well done, and the Italian sodas were simply a delight. Not to mention the portion sizes were absolutely huge for what we are used to for pasta! As well-fed southerners, we definitely enjoyed ourselves and would recommend everyone stop in!
The food is always amazing! We got mini pizzas and they come out blazing hot so wait a few minutes before eating.
The garlic twists are $3 and I’d buy the whole kitchen if it meant I could have them at any given time.
They’re warm and soft and easy to share.
Mini pizzas are $7 each and four slices so it’s easy for a relaxed lunch. They have great lunch deals so always ask your waitress if you’re at a hot time.
The place is so clean and well lit.
I spend roughly $24 here for two people so I am very happy with the pricing, wait times and the food itself!
No the breadsticks aren’t bottomless I so wish they were
