I am not say the place was bad because it wasn’t. I think the staff members were just young they were not on the same sheet of music. I ordered two coffees and 13 cookies. It took close to an hour for me to receive my order. No one communicated. My coffee was cold. They were playing and out front chatting with friends. So, I don’t think the business doesn’t run well, but the oversight was lacking.

The employees here are the nicest McDonald’s employees I have ever encountered. All smiles, friendly and personable. A big difference from the employees in the city. Thank you!!!! Great customer service!!!!

My children loved the Grinch meals that came with trendy socks. These were affordable and the kids were happy. So thats all that matters to me. Customer Service was great.

Food was good as it usually is from McDonald’s..only bad thing at this McDonald’s was that while I was there 3 people had to ask for their drinks. When my order arrived I had to ask for my drink also.

Manager didn’t address me for 4 minutes finally comes to the window him in my drinks and I was busy trying to put my phone away and he got mad and put the drinks down and walked away. Then gave me the wrong chicken sandwich I had to go back to the drive-thru. Handed the wrong sandwich in he didn’t say sorry he didn’t say thank you he didn’t say a damn thing to me. Gave me the right chicken sandwich however it’s burnt along with the bun. Every time I go there when this manager is working there’s a problem he seriously needs to get his act together.
Update: 06/27 5:30 pm third pic is my burger with burnt bun and onions that were missed when they gave me this old burger and fries. Drink counter was filthy. Service was fast but that’s because it was a recycled burger with onions scraped off and a new bun top put on. This is what $20 bucks an hour employee does and why do they get paid so much???? This is a horrible burger and if the employees can’t muster up an enough pride in their work and quality then they should go back to minimum wage like the rest of California. Nothing special about the workers here.

Went through the drive through, ordered from the app. I loved the exclusive app deals !! Also got the new Grinch meal w- pickle fries and a pair of x-mas socks . They nailed everything and i would usually give any business five stars if they nailed it….. (oh, yeah the really nice window guy was great my daughter said his voice was the cat from puss and boots …either way if my daughter likes it i tend to too! ) so your probably wondering why then, because….. I’m just mad at the inflation of the v price on everything. The burgers get smaller and more expensive. I used to be able to get a meal and a v mc flurry for a reasonable price. Now to take my family out one night a week it costs as much as a fancy restaurant. it is fast food people it’s supposed to be quick and frugal not cold and it breaks he bank !!! Just saying

This particular McDonald’s is very clean and very organized! I was very happy to come here on a lunch break to get a iced coffee and two McDoubles! Not only were they fast and friendly I was out of there less than 5 minutes! I also went into the bathroom to use the facilities and it was close to Immaculate which never happens in fast food bathrooms this place I was extremely happy with! I will definitely be coming back here and be telling others about it! I highly recommend!
