I just came through this drive-thru (8:25 am on 10/29/25) and it was clear I was feeling down in the dumps (I’m going through a bad time right now). The sweet guy at the drive thru asked me if I wanted a BK crown. 🙂 It was really sweet and made me smile. Keep hiring kind people, BK, and thank you to the nice young man.

I have no words for what just happened, it was beyond unprofessional. I was going to get lunch and I ordered, I asked for a medium #3 combo plain. She wasn’t listening so my combo was rang up as small, which I was fine with and didn’t correct because she didn’t seem happy to be taking my order to begin with. So I pull forward to go to the window and I see the “Please Pay at First Window” sign they have, so using my eyes and brain, I pull forward. I’m almost at the second window when someone pokes their head around the corner of the building and YELLS AT ME “CAN YOU BACK UP????” at first I started to back up and I replied “Yes.”. But then I immediately realized what happened and drove off, I will not be coming back… Usually the staff is lovely and I’ve never had this kind of experience here before, but it was enough to completely put me off.
I got my lunch from Wendy’s instead! 10/10 and very nice staff as always!

Haven’t even tried the food yet but the Manager was friendly and greeted me immediately. A team member was cleaning the dining room. It was clean and everyone I spoke with was kind and very courteous. I’m going to have to make sure this is the bk I come to when I come to Knoxville. Cause y’all were awesome. Fairly standard Burger King which is clean some of the time, often has no ketchup in the dispenser, and a mostly functional soda fountain. The monthly coupons make it shine though offering sweet deals on flame broiled burgers, meals, and other Burger King essentials.
