Myself and my husband popped into Bella Italia as a treat after shopping today. Our server Charlie was happy to go through the vegan options for us and we chose his recommendations.
The restaurant was a little busy so didn’t mind the small wait for our food. It was worth it!
I believe it was Maribel working on the bar, she quickly got our drinks to us and al the staff seemed happy and friendly and we’re happy to answer any questions for us.
Although the desserts looked delicious we were full enough after our mains but will be back again to give them a try!

We had a great time hear, the restaurant was really clean and the staff were super friendly and we got our food really quickly. Our server Charlie was really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was great.

I really enjoyed this restaurant, our server was Edyta who made the whole experience very enjoyable and was very helpful when it came to food options. We had a carbonara, bruschetta and the new Camembert from the Christmas menu, all of the food was amazing and the plates were completely cleared. We will definitely be back ☺️

Our server was named Charlie and we couldn’t have asked for a better server. They were attentive, accommodating and understanding to our every need. Me and my partner bonded with them over our shared experience in the hospitality business and enjoyed their company. This is was our early valentine’s day celebration and it was made so much more lovely by the excellent staff here at Bella Italia. We will be back soon for sure!

We visited yesterday for the Christmas menu and honestly loved every bit of it! The Christmas pizza was incredible — full of flavour and came out piping hot. You could really taste the festive spirit in every bite.
Our waitress Edyta was just brilliant — so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really looked after. I had some visitors from abroad with me, and they were so impressed with everything — from the food to the warm atmosphere.
We finished with the most delicious cookie dough dessert and some rich, smooth coffee — such a perfect way to end a wonderful meal. We’ll definitely be back again before the holidays!

Just had a nice and relaxed late lunch. We received first class service from Maria, who was friendly and professional. The pizzas we ordered were delicious and the whole experience couldn’t have been any better.

This evening I took my two young children to dinner – ages five and seven. From ordering we waited 45/50 minutes for found to be served. Young male waiter was very apologetic. I asked the manager why it was taking so long and she was abrupt, questioning whether I had actually waited that long as it appeared on a receipt the waiter put the order in late. My initial dispute was how long it was all taking, but it turned into a totally awkward unprofessional incident whereby the manager began questioning the waiter in front of me and my children, at our table while we were finally eating. The bill was put on the house and desert vouchers were given which were appreciated. However, the manager even divulged to us that she wondered if the waiter was being honest and said he may be “cheeky”. I responded saying praise people in public, criticise in private. Ended up bothered by the delay but resulted overall in feeling sorry for this worker and wondering why the manager felt this was ok. Will not be returning. Hope the waiter is not subject to public degrading again. How sad and disappointing.

Visited on 28th December for a birthday lunch for my daughter. We were served by Charlie who was friendly and efficient and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The service was excellent and when there was a bit of a delay with a couple of starters we were immediately informed and the two guests were offered complimentary drinks, everyone was very happy with their food and the relaxed atmosphere. As a large party (9 adults and 2 children) we were impressed with the efficiency of service. Thank you to everyone at Bella Italia for making it a great birthday celebration!
