Delicious! If you’re obsessed with dumplings like my family, you will love this place, especially if you do not eat pork. We had ALL of their variety of chicken dumplings, from soup dumplings to pan fried to wontons. Cucumber is good although I like it better in pieces instead of slices. Onion pancakes are nice and crispy.

Literally stumbled upon this place after a long day watching the Seahawks hand it to the Vikings! We picked a few random dishes we thought we’d enjoy, and they did not miss the mark. Every plate filled a void and exceeded expectations.
There’s just something about dumplings being soul food—because these dishes absolutely delivered.
Service was okay, nothing to rave about, but the food came out quickly. It lacked a bit of personal touch, though that might be an unfair expectation given the cultural nuance.
Regardless, if you love dumplings as much as I do, this spot is an absolute must-visit!

We didn’t eat in and unfortunately I feel like this a restaurant that it’s better to dine in than order out. The flavor was there, but we got them cold and no sauce to dip the dumplings. We also order with chili sauce and that was surprisingly dry too! It did its job. Do not recommend ordering out.

The food was delicious. We ordered more than in the pictures. The sweet and sour cucumber was very refreshing and potstickers had a unique touch of crispiness (missed pictures). The soup dumplings are a must have. I must admit the wait was longer but it was worth it. Make sure you sign up for dine in before waiting in the queue outside.

The Chinese food is nice here with diverse choice. Lots of appetizers are up to choose and differs spice can be applied. A spacious restaurant just next the convection center and opera.

Anytime I work at the Seattle Convention Center Summit building, I make a point to eat at Dough Zone for lunch or dinner. I have my favorite menu items which are steamed chicken dumplings, green onion pancakes and the very addictive ube milk tea. I have tried several of their other items and everything here is just delicious. You cannot go wrong dining here.

I love this chain❤️ The beef pancake was a bit too salty (first time trying so idk if it’s just today), but the Dan Dan noodles were divine as usual Nice people working there Wanted to compliment one of the guys on his blue anime style hair but got too shy

PLEASE GO HERE!!! This place was the best food we’ve had in the city. Wait at 6:40ish was less than 10 minutes despite the place being super busy. You mark what you want on the slip of paper that staff then comes and checks over with you for allergens. We were slightly worried we had ordered too much, but the portions were sized perfectly! Not the usual American sizing where we have gotten used to way too much food for one meal. Split the scallion pancakes, Yibin noodles, veggie wontons, and chicken dumplings between two. WOW. Everything was incredible, but a special shoutout to the noodles for the incredible flavors in the sauce. We quite literally used the leftover sauce for our other foods. The wontons and dumplings were so juicy as well! Fun to have pancakes that were flakier than most. Insane plating and overall time. Wow. Want to go back already.

Green onion pancake had a good green onion taste and crispy exterior. Wish Dan Dan noodle had a bit more sauce but had a nice spice and heat to it. Noodles were al dente.

We tried several dishes at Dough Zone, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The Sweet & Sour Cucumber was hands down my favorite—crunchy, fresh, and the perfect way to start the meal. The Vegetable Potstickers were okay, not the standout of the evening but still decent. The Pan Fried Pork Buns were perfectly steamed and had a great balance of flavor. I also loved the Green Onion Pancake—crispy, flaky, and delicious.
We ended our dinner with the Dan Dan Noodles, which were absolutely perfect—warm, comforting, and flavorful, tying the whole experience together beautifully.
Despite the restaurant being jam-packed due to an event at the convention center, the food was impressively fresh and flavorful. The service was fast, the staff was polite and attentive, and the prices were super reasonable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Highly recommended!
