I came tonight to pick up two orders. The staff was smoking behind the kitchen and at the same time touching the food they do not use. Hygienic measures to work are super late. Abusive people and criminals do not recommend it. It is a disgusting restaurant.

This is a pretty bad Wendy’s.
It took them a really long time to take our order, and the employees were very snippy.
Food was fine but slow, and the sandwiches were under-sauced. The floor was sticky.
The soda machine was out of most of the flavors. They were out of spoons.
The men’s bathroom had a huge puddle, the toilet was out of TP, and the urinal was clogged.

I ride to this location because it’s clean the service is reliable but unfortunately it takes 1 time to have a bad experience and that’s all it takes for me. I came here to get the Combo #7 which is the baconator. I know from working at Wendy’s as a teen when they sold chicken that all burgers are made to order. The meat is never frozen which gives you a FRESH beef patties with every order. The sandwich was OLD the burger was dry and the bread was hard. I was highly disappointed and enraged because of the drive. I was not wasting my time calling nor going back. I didn’t feel like being combative over a burger. I came through the drive through I was the only car so it was no need to rush. And clearly the burger had been sitting there. Maybe they kept it because of a wrong order. Either way it’s wrong. So before pulling off check your food and assure it’s to your 100% satisfaction. I’ll go to the Wendy’s on Martin Luther and McCullough St for here on out. Sometimes the inconvenience ends up being of convenience.

I didn’t complete my purchase because while I was telling the cashier how I wanted my food the back crew said what her food is already made, as if I had to take what they fixed they way they fixed. I realized that it’s not Burger King however when I’m paying I want it my way. The staff never took into consideration food born allergies or simple dislikes. When they refused to make my food to my liking I left and went to McDonalds. I was going to spend around $15.

As soon as I entered the smell was foul. That should’ve been my cue to leave. All I ordered was fries and they didn’t taste good. They were nearly cold, brown as if the oil needs to be cleaned and changed! I recommend Burger King fries!

I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit meal and added an egg to it. I didn’t really like it. I’m not sure if it’s because I brushed my teeth 45 min before eating it or if I just found it bland. Anyway the restaurant was clean and I sat for a while and wrote this review. After this I’m going to Petco.

I stopped at the Wendy’s on Paterson Street in Baltimore after a long, stressful day. I didn’t have much money and just needed to use the restroom. Ms. Kathy welcomed me in with kindness and respect, and that small act of compassion meant the world to me.
Out of gratitude, I ordered a Frosty—the best I’ve had since I was a little girl. It was cold, creamy, and perfectly sweet, and it truly lifted my spirits.
The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was warm, and the manager’s caring attitude made all the difference. I’m usually the one helping others, but on this day, Wendy’s—especially the manager—helped me. For that, I’m truly grateful.

I visited the Wendy’s at the Plaza and I was greatly disappointed. The wait time for someone to acknowledge your presence at the drive thru defeats the purpose of fast food and drive thru. Additionally, they didn’t have the food they advertise and I didn’t receive the food I ordered. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. I have this Wendy a chance because they change management or ownership but the results are the same. I guess I will be traveling to Randallstown to get Wendy’s.

Every time you come to this location they lie and say their system is down so they will not have to service you. I had to order on Door dash to get my order at the restaurant. My order was incorrect and the manager refused to make any corrections. This is the most poorly serviced restaurant I’ve ever been to and management is extremely unprofessional.
