My first time at this particular McDonald’s. The food was not good. The bottom part of the bun was hard from being stale. Makes me wonder if the meat was any good. Hope I don’t get sick. Kids run the place and obviously don’t care about food quality or restaurant cleanliness.

Must be the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. Last night I came through the drive thru it was around Midnight. Long line. I ordered on mobile app. When I got my goodness I got instead of a “free ” fry I got 3 baskets full. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal, no onion, extra pickles. Nope. Got a plain chicken sandwich. Had a major issue getting fixed. All the frys cold as they could be casue the long line.
Ok and I came back for breakfast, mistakes was made again. I went inside to place my order and the manager is the one who was running the register and helped me. Absolutely clueless what hes doing. He’s running a circus. Guest after guest coming in cause their food was wong in drive thru. Crazy then when I orderd he couldn’t figure out how to put in breakfast sauce. Then my code didn’t work. He didn’t wanna do anything about it. I said we’ll its not my fault ive been standing here forever. Id like to use the code. He hit a ton of buttons. Then just started hitting discounts. Dude is obviously clueless at what hes doing. Horrible poor management. Oh this one is great. So a customer comes in and has all the wrong stuff., correct stuff on the receipt attached to bag but food all not hers. The manager hahaha says ma’am I heard you order blah blah blah. She said no I didn’t. She points at the bar receipt. He then takes the food and started yelling at thr people in the back. This guy shouldn’t be here doi n go this job.
Almost forgot. He was rude to a old man trying to order Mcnuggets at 10:40am. Just rude. He’s not fit to be a manager folks.

every time i come here they mess something up i got 2 meals they only gave me one fry so i had to go in and get that fry then i get home and i have hot mustard,bbq and sweet n sour when i specifically asked for honey,honey mustard and ranch and there the sauces on my recipe.

They have went down hill so bad. When u order on doordash either they forget something like a whole meal or the food is cold. Management need to step it up and make sure that they r doing what is supposed to be done.

Don’t go to this mcdonalds after 45 PM. Buyer beware your food will be nasty! Its amazing how “busy” they are but the burgers are always dryed out and the fries are ALWAYS NASTY unless you want plastic coated, shriveled up, lukewarm fries don’t go for dinner !

Had such a horrible experience tonight unfortunately. We really try to avoid this location because of this constant issue as it seems to always be ran by teenagers including as managers, tonight we had hope it would turn out fine to get a small order as we haven’t been in over a year.
To preface, I had my 6 month old and dog in the car, we had just left the park.
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, the entire second lane of cars in drive thru were taken as the first lane had a line wrapped around the building and hadn’t had one order taken yet still. As I made my way to the first window, the young lady told me it was going to be a 7 minute wait for spicy chicken, we had ordered the spicy chicken wrap meal with a sprite, a dr. pepper, and a 6 peice nugget. No problem at all, we can wait an additional 10 minutes, if we couldn’t we would have left then. Got our drinks at the second window, was told to pull to the front of the building. Then they started asking multiple other cars to pull around as well, I assume to keep their numbers on screen perfect for the higher ups. I worked mcdonalds for 7 years, we were always encouraged to keep our numbers good for higher ups by pulling people forward, so they can bump the order off the screen faster.
We waited an additional 20 minutes, I timed it. Then decided to go in. At this point, 3 other cars were parked behind me waiting in front of the building, a car was at the third window waiting, and 4 cars were sitting in parking spots waiting, while they had an entire line wrapped around the building waiting for their orders to be taken. BUT. The first and second window stretch had no vehicles whatsoever.
I decided to go in with my 6 month old for our food, as my 6 month old, my dog, and myself were out of patience. As I walk in the door, a guy is leaned over the counter on his phone speaking with the young lady bagging orders, specifically he asked her when she’s going to be off. I said excuse me then asked for the manager, for a refund, and my food as we had waited 15 minutes in drive thru and 20 at the front of the building. When I worked for mcdonalds, refunding and giving the order was simply customer satisfaction after having your customers wait over 20 minutes for a meal and 6 peice nugget, especially. Instead, after 4 different workers asked me what I needed the manager finally made an appearance. I was told no to getting a refund and my food by the manager, a young lady with lime green pond colored washed out hair, that she was only going to either give me a refund or my food, because of my attitude. Because I was infuriated. I said refund of course. Told her my order 4 times to refund, she still then asked if I had a happy meal with it as well, even though I never said I had a happy meal. They can easily pull your order up by the way, its a simple red *recall* button that sits below every one of their screens. I realized at that time it was a good thing I didn’t wait any longer, as they didn’t seem to remember they pulled us forward or what our order even was.
Miraculously, as I loaded my 6 month old and myself back into my car, she then remembered cars were outside waiting and started bringing orders out, as both lanes in drive thru were still wrapped around the building, and both the first and second windows were empty of vehicles paying and picking up their orders.
Kids need adult leaders, obviously. So very disappointed. This location has been like this for going on 2 years now. We had not stopped at this location for over a year until today.

I have been to this McDonald’s approximately three times and every time I come there I get parked for my order when they are not even busy they also pull their fries way too early and they are always soggy and cold I do not understand why this is the service that you all providing
