First time here, and I’ve been told it’s been there for sometime. It’s a classic 50 style diner with what looks like original counter with stools.
Food was freaking AWESOME!! My overeasy eggs cooked perfectly and the potatoes nice and crispy and seasoned great.
Customer service was good also

Always an amazing experience coming here, honestly the waitresses are awesome and hard working. The portions are huge and soda/shake selection is just as big. They close early is my only complaint, but I still love them.

My husband and I went for the first time for the fourth of July and thankfully made it before they closed for the day. The atmosphere strives in giving nostalgia from the 50s. I was born in the late 90s so it was pretty cool trying to imagine this as somewhat close to the real deal with its memorabilia. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and it was served quickly too. I would go again to try more of their menu

I took my daughter here during the week for breakfast, and she loves a good breakfast. Katz N Jammers did not disappoint. Our server was excellent. She was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was amazing. Food was big portions and delicious. I will definitely return.

Katz n Jammers is the best breakfast/lunch spot. Not only in the AV. But one of the best in Southern California. The eggs over medium are perfectly cooked. Bacon? Fresh and delicious, like bacon should be. The French toast tastes homemade. Fluffy. Light. And crispy on the edges. A delightful morning treat. The staff is friendly, make you feel welcome and comfortable. And important, they are conscientious about ensuring you’re pleased with your food and experience. After years of being MIA for a severe back injury that left me struggling to function, they made us feel like old friends, excited to see us again… without making us feel uncomfortable about being away for so long. Thank you ladies (and gents) for being part of our community!

Very much unnoticeable from the outside in spite of the catchy name which was a cartoon show ” back in the day “. Retro interior decor including a jukebox and black and white checkerboard floor and old movie posters. One wall was decorated with with vinyl records, 45 and 33 1/3 RPMs (if you know, you know). LOL
We were greeted as soon as we entered and told to sit anyplace we wanted to.
Server took our order almost as soon as we were seated and food was delivered unbelievably fast. I had the katzen jammer omelette which was made with sausage, green onions and two kinds of cheese with country gravy which was served hot and was very good, biscuits with country gravy which contained chunks of sausage links and also hot and good. Biscuits were fluffy. Sadly the grits were bland and watery as opposed to creamy but they were hot.Had enough omelet to bring some home for another meal.
All of the servers were pleasant and efficient.
First time going there but will definitely go again.

This place sucks and I don’t know why they have such a high rating. Food was not even close to being good. Burger was bland and so were the frozen fries. I sat in the front and took almost 15 minutes before anyone for someone to take my order. 3 workers walked right by me and made I contact and didn’t even bother to help me. Keep in mind it wasn’t even busy when I went. Please don’t be fooled by the ratings, stay away from here. I spent 20 bucks for a the worst burger and fries.
