This Taco Bell is the worst with service. Let me explain pictures will be included. You have to wait in line for an hour in order to order food. The best part is when you get to the speaker they then tell you to wait again for 15mins in order to order food. Once you order you can’t move forward because the camera is watching and the timer will begin in the inside for the cooks. Which means the staff either has to move fast and work efficiently to move the cars along or they halt the timer by having you stay back. In addition when it’s your turn to move forward you pay and the window slams shut you barley are given condiments for your food. I think this horrible customer services and restaurant practices.

It’s pretty hard to go wrong with Taco Bell. I haven’t been to this location for about 5 years. I got a natural Bell grande and two crunchwrap Supremes. I also got a 12 pack of the cinnabon treats. These things are absolutely amazing. My total with sauce packets came to around $25. I asked for Fire sauce packets and I was given five which is going to be fine. The nachos especially had absolute perfect distribution of cheese and toppings. I don’t know what the fuss is about but I had a good experience here

The cashier was rude towards us as we ordered on the kiosk and had gone up to the counter to finish pay; we were splitting payments and she was rude when we told her we had card and cash..never did she tell us that they didn’t accept two split payments on cards and we had to wait for her to finally tell us after 15 mins of trying to find out that they don’t accept two card payments. The wait for food was also incredibly long..we’ve had other issues before but we aren’t coming back due to lack of communication and other factors.

Bad service I came inside because drive through was packed for my mobile order let them know waited 15 minutes and 2 people that ordered at the kiosk got their orders before me and I asked again not sure what happened waited another 5 mins for my order and had to go back in for forgotten items again.

The absolute BEST Taco Bell around – I skip 3 closer to me for the service and food at the Fairview Heights location. Always friendly, accurate, hot, fresh and the food actually looks like the advertised products – Excellent job team!

Always slow 25 min wait at a fast food chain is ridiculous. This is due to being under employed. If you drive past from any hr from 3 pm to 3 am they have a line in drive through wrapped around the building. I know they can afford employees.

I’ve used this Taco Bell my whole life and it’s your average shitty service that you’d expect late at night.

HOWEVER, tonight takes the cake by a million! 11:58pm my mobile order is placed and paid for. I’m in the drive through line by 12:00 with 5 cars in front of me. Over my next 55 minute drive to the speaker the line behind me wraps around the parking lot and across the street into PetCo’s lot. After getting to the speaker the person on the other end seems to hear any other name than the one I’m telling them for my order. Once we finally get the name straight they claim they don’t have that order. I ask if it could be because it was placed almost an hour ago and I’m rudely told to pull up to the window. At the window, I’m handed my drink and food with no greeting or even a word from the employee. Horrible service

And I thought that was it! Nope, they couldn’t get my simple order right. Let alone even give me a straw or napkins.

My order: 3 3cheese chicken chipotle melts, hold the sauce, large Pepsi.

I Received: 3 3cheese chicken chipotle melts, EXTRA SAUCE, large Pepsi not even full and NO FREAKING STRAW.

Forgot to mention they locked all the doors so no one could even question what was happening with DoorDash or mobile orders. BUT I expected that to be the case as it normally is at this location.

Needless to say I expected not great service late at night but holy crap this was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be using this location again…

I ordered the new street taco chalupas, and it was inedible. The out side of the taco shell was burnt to the point I couldn’t even break it up, the meat contents were missing, and I also ordered the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla and it was not even in the bag. Instead, they gave me two soft tacos. This is my first time ever asking for a refund for food, and I had to drive 13-15 min back to get the refund. Paying $16 for missing food items and burnt food/ burnt cheese is unacceptable. Never again.
