These cooks are not trained! Look at this chicken sandwich! When speaking to the store manager, he had no sympathy or even an apology. Didn’t even offer a refund. Said there is nothing he can do. Unless to bring the sandwich back and cook a new one. Do not trust this location. Their cooks have no experience and can kill you. My daughter ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. Simply disgusting!

If I could I’d give this location a zero star rating! I waited 20 plus minutes in the drive through, two cars ended up driving off that were in front of me. One was told to pull up past the order window just to wait longer, they backed up and left. I live less than 5 minutes away from this location just to get home with cold food soggy cold fries and almost raw chicken nuggets. Poor customer service and definitely poor management.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two meals and a kids meal. Only revived one meal and got the wrong drinks made. Didn’t recieve our kids drink so we told the staff and they didn’t even go inside to get the drink because the guy said “we’re too busy”. When we got home we didn’t even receive my food so I didn’t eat. Worst location to go to. I’ve come here multiple times trying to give this location a chance but never again.

Bacon and cheese potato. Bacon was raw. Chewy and nasty. $5 potato and they can’t cook the bacon. Had to throw it out not taking a chance of getting sick.

Wendy’s is one of the better fast food places. Fresher ingredients, burgers don’t seem left under heat lamps for hours like BK or other fast food. They still wrap and crush their burgers. Nothing ever even comes close to their ads. At least fill the fries up more haha.

Shout out to the staff at this location, they maintained professionalism, made patrons feel safe, and problem solved today when a drive thru customer refused to advance from the window for almost 30 mins. I was behind the customer and can attest they made hateful and harassing remarks for no reason, violating the civil rights of the staff, inciting fear and interrupting the business. Despite the incident occuring my food was still made perfectly, they ran it out to me and then the staff found ways to route other customers safely inside to order. They deserve a raise!

Went to wendys. Door was locked. I called and the lady…I think her name was Barbara asked me if she could help me. I told her the story and she was appalled as I was. She sent a message directly to the GM since she had just left. (Love her, she actually helped me). A few hours later the GM calls me. I tell her what happened and was just as appalled. She said that the employees know to give out her number and said she will talk to ROSE and re train her. She is also going to find out how that packet got in the food and make sure employees are acting correctly with that. She is issuing the refund. I actually got helped! Thank you GM!

I found a packet in my children’s food bag. I went in to get it fixed. ROSE decided she didn’t want to help at all. Refused to give me even the most basic of phone numbers, Refused to make it right, Refused to do a refund. Then told me if I wanted to I can talk to the gm Sunday, wouldn’t give me a time on when they would be there. Then decided to tell me to calm down and not to be angry after all this. Because she didnt bag it, she didnt have to deal with it i guess. What a worthless manager and an insanely unhealthy store. I will let everyone I know to never go to a wendys again. Anywhere. Corporate has been notified and I am trying to get in touch with a health inspector. If my kids get sick because this was all over their food….wouldn’t do a basic thing for 8 dollars worth of food.
