We get a group together from the office on most Thursdays, and Hartland’s is at the top of our rotation. Food always comes out great and in order (we’ve never had to juggle appetizers coming out immediately followed by mains), drinks are excellent, and our service is almost always phenomenal, especially considering we as a group don’t know our headcount until the afternoon so we’re rarely able to make reservations in advance. The only issue is the back is often so loud we’ve had to relocate, but outdoor seating when the weather agrees is lovely.

Great food and atmosphere! It was very clean. This was my first visit and I definitely will return soon. We were greeted upon entering and was able to choose a seat promptly. The servers were very friendly. I dined with my significant other and his cousin. We ordered two appetizers, buffalo hush puppies and Mac n cheese bites. Both were pretty good. The dipping sauce that came with the Mac n cheese bites was delicious. We enjoyed the buffalo hush puppies. Deliciously covered with buffalo sauce topped with bleu cheese crumbles and green onions. I thought they tasted like chicken bites. I ordered the Tavern Salad with added grilled chicken and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. I was skeptical about my choice of dressing with this salad but it paired great with it. The salad was delicious and huge! I had to get a to-go box. My S.O. ordered the pull pork sandwich with tater tots. The pulled pork was AMAZING! The sauce was delicious! He said his tater tots was too hard for his liking but he enjoyed the pork. His cousin (also a first time visitor) ordered a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken, double the meat. His salad was so big, he could only eat half of it and he’s a big guy. As first time guests, we were both very impressed with food and service. We were also happy the cost the meal didn’t ruin the experience. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was great! We weren’t too thrilled about the wait for our food but that was quickly remedied once our meals arrived. It was definitely worth the wait. Besides, we were really hungry and impatient. Also, it was lunchtime on a Friday. I will definitely return with friends and family.

Wish I could I could give an honest appraisal of the food. My wife and I walked in around 6:50pm last night (12-17-25). We saw the sign at the door that the hostess would seat us. We saw numerous employees walk by and they tried their best to avoid eye contact. No one acknowledged we were there. The restaurant was less than half full. After standing there for a while with no help or acknowledgement, we left. I guess the restaurant and the staff did not need our business.

I like this place. But there are no frills, it is laid-back with a large bar area with high top tables as well. Plenty of TV’s for sports, and friendly servers. I took my son here for a Sunday football game and had $1 wings and pretzel bites with cheese. We were full. They have a good size menu and it is all good. To me it’s a good sports bar!

No one was at the hostess stand. I waited over 5 minutes before someone in the kitchen alerted a waitress. The server was friendly and she did check on me. The club Sandwich was decent but not something I’d order again. The tots were cold.

Food very good, had the meat lovers flatbread. Service a little slow, waitress didn’t come back to take our order for a while. Atmosphere is typical bar although they offered seating up front away from noisier bar area which was nice.

This is my second time ordering from Hartland’s. Both times I ordered delivery. Both times I ordered the 8pc wing dinner. This time I added fried mushrooms to my order. Everything was delicious, fresh, arrived hot. I was a little disappointed because I ordered 2 flavors but only received one. I called the restaurant, just to make them aware, because I had no intention of returning the plate. I was already eating and smacking when I called! LOL! Kim, the manager tonight was amazing and offered to “make it right”. Great customer service means a lot. I reassured her the food was good! Be kind and kindness will be returned.

Wonderful dinner! My husband was craving their buffalo chicken sandwich, a favorite of his, so we came for dinner. Everything was so delicious! I ordered the Fish and Shrimp dinner. The batter was light and flavorful, the shrimp were two-biters. The fish was so thick and delicious, my husband stole one for himself. I would absolutely recommend and will be ordering again. The picture included was after I’d devoured a piece of the fish and a couple of shrimp.

HORRIBLE SERVICE….server took drink & app order left to go to Food Lion to get flowers. She came back sat down and did not take our order. When another server can to drop off the app I asked if someone would be taking our order. She got very nasty and told I should just ask for my server. I told her I did not know her name because she never told me. Her attitude was extremely rude & she seemed upset the entire time we were there. NEVER GOING BACK & WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Did not eat, I just left because I will not spend money where my presence is not respected.

Was a good feeling atmosphere, however some of the items we got weren’t as expected. The side mac and cheese wasn’t great, it was more like velveeta. The fried pickles and wings we got were on the dryer side but other than that things were good. Definitely a good place to be on game night and to hangout with friends.
Edit: went back tonight and wow. Supposed to be open till midnight and was turned away at 10. Walked to the bar “side door” that they direct you to after the dining room was closed and went in. On the door it says “Please wait to be seated” well we stood there for about 5 minutes with waitresses and waiters looking at us when finally someone who looked like a manager told us they were closed. So much for being open till midnight.
