Went on a Saturday at around 11am. Ordered the 2 can dine through the app. When I got there the person at the drivethru said it would be 24 minutes before the chicken was ready. They could not cancel my order in the store since it was made on the app. Tried cancelling on the app and the support team closed my case without cancelling or refunding the order or even replying back. The previous time I went they didn’t put the biscuits in. The experiences are either absolute garbage or barely serviceable.

This location has the best customer service in the evenings. anita welcomed me in and was super patient with me and my kids. i’d also like to acknowledge “fat fat” and james, they made my chicken fresh and extra crispy like i asked. i wish morning shift was just as good but they not. the male managers are very rude and are so impatient, especially the one with the braids.

I love their spicy sandwich. I was craving some so I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches, when they arrived and I took the first bite I noticed something was off, and yea I was right, the chicken was regular they just added the spicy mayo to my sandwiches.
I called the store and a manager told me that all their chicken is regular that they just add their spicy sauce to it, “BS”. When you have 2 different types of chicken they are marinated different.

Worst service ever. 5 people standing around doing nothing. I would give it 0 stars, said they could do my order since they didn’t have boxes, there were boxes right back there that I pointed to and they refused to use them saying they were the wrong size box and couldn’t use them. I was doing pick up orders for my job and cost me my driving time and the amount that that order was worth because other people do not want to do their job. Your laziness effects other hard workers and it’s ridiculous that we have to be punished for you not wanting to do your job.

I’m not even it’s been a worse. Experience watch multiple guests get served way before me and I place my online order in. And proceeded to watch whomever was in charge of the front blatantly disrespect me with another customer. If I would have noticed the popeye is rating before I came here. I wouldn’t even have stopped here

I ordered a 16 piece family meal (about $56.00) for a get together today. Placed the order online and went to pick the order up about 10 minutes after they said the order would be ready. After waiting in the store about an additional 20 minutes I finally got my meal and left. After I got home and opened the food, they had only given us 13 of the 16 pieces of chicken. We got half and half spicy and regular, half of the chicken was literally burnt ( black). Ordered the chicken sandwich with cheese (no cheese) and almost no sauce on it. I immediately called the store to voice my concerns, to which no one ever answered the phone. I got back out and went to return the food to the store. The food and the service were extremely lacking and then had to find out that when placing orders online now, all customer service concerns have to be addressed online. Was informed there was a 24 to 48 hour wait to hear back from customer service.

I ordered a chicken sandwich & it looked & tasted like it was sitting under a warmer for 3+ hours, it was dark, hard and dry! I also ordered a 3 piece chicken and somehow only got 2 pieces, with one not even looking like a piece of chicken. The food was disgusting! Money just down the drain, it’s ridiculous. I will not be back, this Popeyes sucks!

Literally the worst Popeye’s location in the country. They’re the slowest, the rudest and most disorganized staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant and for some reason I’ve given them 3 chances to prove me wrong…they never have. “The Worst”- Avoid completely- plenty of other restaurants nearby

The atmosphere was decent and clean. The chicken was burnt and the staff had a little bit of an attitude. Could’ve been due to the complaints and requests for a refund….. I know this because the lady in the back cooking the chicken said I don’t know why people keep asking for a refund….. even though they were selling burnt chicken.
I’d give them another chance though because the restaurant was clean. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.
