The service was fast and super friendly too. Staff was welcoming, helpful with recommendations, and kept things moving quickly even during busy time.

One reason I prefer Peri Peri is that the chicken is grilled, not fried. Sauce is always great and this outlet has everything #halal. The amount of chicken in the burger was very reasonable. The staff was very courteous.

Very delicious, served quickly. Generous portions, I got only 4 tenders but that was enough to fill me up. If you don’t handle spicy food well like me, probably opt for the milder mild because the regular mild kicked my butt! So if you love spicy food you’ll love the dishes here.

At the time we arrived the place was quiet and peaceful, clean with a relaxing ambience. The staff was friendly and helpful and it being our first visit made wonderful suggestions. The food was delicious and the wings were amazing. The flavor was bold and savory. The chicken straps with rice was very tasty as well, especially after adding the white garlic sauce. We will surely return whenever we are back in the Chicagoland area. Great food.

The customer service was 2/5 as they barely spoke a word or asked about anything as if they didn’t cared. The team needs some motivation and training on customer service. The workers have a ton of attitude for absolutely no reason which makes the whole experience uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. On top of that, they always mess up the order – missing items, wrong sides, wrong sauces – it’s like accuracy isn’t even a priority.
Speaking of sauces, be prepared to get charged for every single one which feels petty considering how often they mess things up. Customer service is just bad overall: dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in fixing mistakes.
Cleanliness is another big issue. The tables are almost always sticky and the utensils look dirty enough that you hesitate to use them. That alone should be a dealbreaker.
