Ordered potatoes in the combo to replace ground beef. Potatoes were hard as a rock. Threw the chalupa back in the bag. The chalupa shell was hardly cooked. The soft taco shell was hard. The girl at the drive thru was nice. Not impressed.

I’ve been in Snellville almost a year and always past by this Taco Bell. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered for my large family. The associate was patient and confirmed my order and then everything was made and packed perfectly and very fast. Usually places like this suck but I was pleasantly surprised!!

Compared to other Taco Bell locations in my work area, this location did not perform as well.
I use the mobile app, which worked for the drive thru as I was greeted that I would have to order inside because the attendant was having technical difficulties with the drive-thru system.
No coffee for the iced coffee that I ordered.
No fork given for the cheesy potatoes.
The rice in the Burrito was undercooked(hard)
Burnt crunchwrap and a much longer than average wait time – in comparison to all the other 3 locations that I frequent. (I was the only car in the line and did not see anyone in the dining area but may have been a couple)

The potatoes were good
I love eating Taco Bell.

I ordered like $60 bucks worth of food . This portion is terrible . Like where is the full portion? This bowl costs $9 without tax . I paid for a family box , a supreme wrap , 3 freezes , and a rice bowl …. Like it wasn’t that busy… i had to carry three drinks one by one instead of having a cup holder .. genius guys … do better … the freeze machine wasn’t working so i ended up getting three cups of soda … do better as an establishment and a team .

We went to this Taco Bell tonight to pick up a quick bite to eat. It was the worst mistake that we made all day. All of their meat tacos and burritos used spicy meat. This has never been the case before. It is like that is all they had at the moment and they needed to use it up first. In addition to that, we sat in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes. When it came time for us to order, I understood why it took so long. The person taking the order was eother not paying attention or did not care. Obviously he did not know their own menu either. Worse thing of all, this is what the Mexican pizza looked like when we got home. Stay away from this place at all cost.

So I was to pick up an order and the store states not to put down this location is closed and I went to the lobby and drive thru and not only where they closed, after taking this picture someone emerged from the back and stared at me!!! This is very troubling as now someone wasn’t able to get their food because of the lack of professionalism. This needs to be looked into

The food tasted fresh and It filled me up and the employees was nice and friendly . kayla took my order , she was really friendly. Jermaine and Larome fixed my food and it was so good my fries was hot and they was friendly as well. They all should get a raise!
