Place is very good and can’t go wrong with the prices and options. Only complaint is having to wait in line for a while on a Saturday. Only one cashier and 4-6 employees standing at the counter laughing and joking. I’m all for a good time at work, but the wait shouldn’t be that long for customers to order.
But of course I don’t know both sides. Just my opinion/observation.
Still recommend the place.

Blue Sky is our favorite go to for the best burgers in town! I have tried several different items on the menu and they have all been delicious! I recommend the Steak and fries plate with onion rings…it’s awesome!
The staff is always helpful and friendly. The restaurant has always been clean and well kept every time we’ve been! You can’t go wrong here!

I dont get to come here much but everytime I do I love it. This is where I come when I want a big juicy homemade real great tasting texas size burger! Im never disappointed and always full. Plus their fries are cooked perfectly. Their tater tots are not burned or over cooked, just perfect. For some reason most places burn or over cooked them, but not here. Then their different flavors of tea are good.
Every time I come here I enjoy it.

Was dying for a burger and not really wanting a chain.
Took a shot on blue sky.
I was in a hurry but man I wish I had sat down. The atmosphere inside is super chill. They have a huge selection of self serve drinks and good country music playing.
I purchased the double bacon cheeseburger and the mix of onion rings and fries.
Here is also where I would recommend just sitting down and eating.
Everything was perfect. I was 20 minutes away from my hotel and by the time I checked in and got settled down the fries and rings were already getting cold.
Not the restaurants fault. A learning opportunity for me.
Overall quality was excellent.
Burger patty was salty alone but when it all went together it was perfect. They use the potato buns (I think) so it’s a toasted sweetness to go with the salty
The staff was amazing.
I watched a lady in front of me get upset about paying for fried onions on her hamburger. The cashier apologized to the best of her ability but this customer was just not letting it go. Held up my order for 15 minutes so she could complain. All for onions.
I personally would not have been so kind.
When it was my turn the cashier did not even let the prior exchange phase her. Was joyful and kind while helping me make up my mind on what literally is I want one of everything on the menu kind of scenario.
Clean
Kind
Amazing quality
Great atmosphere
And even better…. Cheaper than a footlong at a sandwich restaurant.
Overall very satisfied. Will make this my regular stop from now on.

If you haven’t tried Blue Sky, you should! The food is delicious! Classic burgers and fries along with other favorites, you can’t go wrong! The onion rings are crispy, yet soft, and cut thin. Not to mention, their burgers are not only juicy and delicious, they are big!!

One dark and stormy night we visited Blue Sky as we were traveling from the west to the east coast. As we stood in line studying the menu, a local mentioned to us that “everything is good here.” She said she especially likes the cheeseburger with green chilies, so that is what I ordered. My wife ordered a cheeseburger with chili, and we also got a combination shoestring fries/onion rings basket and two large drinks. Now, let me tell you about the drinks. Blue Sky has a good variety of soft drinks (and beer), but the thing that caught our eye was the iced tea. Adjacent to the soft drink machine were eight dispensers lined up, each containing a different variety of iced tea. Yes, eight varieties of freshly brewed tea! Who does that? I got the coconut iced tea and my wife tried the peach iced tea. Both were delicious! I had never tasted coconut iced tea before, and I found it to be quite refreshing! We sat down at one of the tables (the place was busy, but there are a lot of booths and tables available, so finding a seat was not a problem). A few minutes later our number appeared on a “serving now” screen and we picked up our order. The burgers feature 100% ground chuck, and they tasted as good as they looked. Both the green chilies and the red chili complimented the burgers nicely. Everything on the burgers was fresh and of the highest quality. The shoestring potatoes were tasty, although I prefer a fry with a little more crunch, but we both loved the onion rings! They appear to be hand breaded, and the crunchy exterior around the perfectly cooked onions could not have been tastier! Blue Sky has lots more to offer besides burgers, including salads, hot dogs, sandwiches, chicken tenders, and tons of appetizers. We also saw a couple shakes that another table had ordered and they looked like they came from a 1950s soda fountain, hand blended and topped with a generous helping of whipped cream and a cherry. We loved our visit, and my only regret is that there isn’t a Blue Sky anywhere near where I live!

The burgers here are good. The fries here are good and thin. The best things are the sweet potato fries, and the tea bar. They have atleast 6 different teas! The fries are crisp and salty, and it’s not expensive.

I spent $62 on dinner. I ordered a bunless burger, a bacon cheeseburger, and a child’s grilled cheese. I also ordered onion rings, fries, and jalapeño rings. The burgers were cold. The onion rings and fries were cold. I requested a new order of onion rings, and I was told they would be brought to my table, but they never arrived. Additionally, the presence of Fox News being broadcast on all televisions was quite off-putting. You can take your republican burgers and shove it.
