Faith was an amazing server! I absolutely loved her warm smile and joyful energy, it truly made the experience even better. She was very attentive, made sure everything was perfect, and the food was a solid 10/10. The managers came to the table and made sure everything was going great. Excellent service all around. I have dined at Bonefish before but my first time at the Boynton Beach location. We chose to come for lunch and was surprised to see it almost empty. Our waiter Arcedes was friendly but not engaging or informative when it came to the menu. We all chose the 3 course meal items. The Caesar salad and Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos were delicious! However, the one disappointing part of this experience was the service. The lack of attention from our waiter led us to speak to the manager named Leslie. She was very polite and apologetic. Her genuine concern and willingness to listen is why we will return in the near future. I sincerely hope this was just a rare experience because the food was great!!
UPDATE..After speaking with Leslie, we decided to dine at the Boynton Beach location again. The experience was entirely different from beginning to end. Our waitress , Francesca was very engaging, personable and so attentive. We truly enjoyed this 2nd experience and every dish was absolutely delicious. We will return very soon! Thank you so much!!

Faith was a breath of fresh air. We have been to this particular Bonefish many times but her presence made it feel like we were extra special. The food was good, consistent, enjoyable but she made the overall experience 5 stars!

Food and service were great. Had to wait 1/2 hour past reservation for our table. Be prepared for that and enjoy the fish and salads. I had the salmon special and small shaved Brussels sprouts salad. Both were fresh and plentiful.

Walked in today at 5pm with no reservation because did not think you would need one as I have dined here many times without one . Was told to step aside while they would get our table ready for 3, which included my toddler. The host said he would grab us as soon as they got the table ready. Did not think it would be a long wait since they never stated it would be . After waiting 20 mins to be seated and multiple visits to the host stand, to then, only be told that they were very busy and no longer could accommodate us. The host was extremely rude and condescending , stated “ we are busy can’t you see” and “do you not have a reservation? ” completely not acknowledging that we’ve already checked in with them multiple times, and after the 3rd time , we decided to leave. Be busy on a Friday night, but this is no way to treat your local customers. Your time is just as important as mine . If you did not have a table available for me then you should’ve just been honest from the beginning and it wouldn’t had been a big deal. But I have never had such a distaste for a restaurant. It If you’re not over the age 55 , I would stay away from this place . As they seem to only accommodate the elderly and have not empathy for a mother and her toddler. We went down the street to another local restaurant that was twice as busy and what a complete difference in the service from the moment we walked in.

I recently took a friend here to celebrate Christmas. We had been to Bonefish many times before but not for several months. I love the atmosphere in Bonefish! Cozy, beautiful, and inviting. Our waiter was very nice too. No complaints there. The food, however, was disappointing. The waiter offered us the bang bang sauce on the side of the shrimp rather than tossed all over them. We opted to try it. Mistake. The shrimp seemed overly cooked and dry. Dunking the shrimp in the sauce was not the same as having them drenched in the yummy sauce.
I ordered the salmon plank special for the night. Grilled with a maple bourbon sauce on top and asparagus on the side. My friend ordered the grilled mahi mahi and shrimp with jasmine rice and broccoli. While we awaited the main course, we munched happily on their warm bread and fantastic seasoned oil.
When the dishes arrived, we each took a bite of the fish and looked at one another. They were so terribly overcooked and dry. What a huge disappointment. Luckily, the manager was making rounds greeting everyone and asked how our food was. When we complained about the fish, he immediately placed new orders in for us. I requested my salmon medium rare. It took quite awhile for the replacements to come, but the restaurant was filled to capacity, so I could understand the cooks were probably swamped. Meanwhile. I ate my asparagus….. the ends should have been broken off and discarded. They were woody and dry. My friend’s broccoli wasn’t a nice dark green color. When our newly prepared fishes came, they were perfectly done. But, we lost the enthusiasm of the evening. I do appreciate the concern and actions of he manager. I will say that. But, the overall food experience was a letdown.

Everything is almost perfect, in fact only one that a bit off. It was the Mac and cheese, too dry but the rest was excellent! And our waitress, Francesca, was very attentive! She was awesome! We enjoyed our Sunday lunch there!

Our dining experience at Bonefish Grill tonight was fantastic! Today is my birthday and my sister reserved seats at the bar where we were served by our bartender, Andy.
Andy was professional and attentive to our needs and was able to recommend wines for us.
The food came out quickly and was delicious and cooked perfectly. We had a great time and will definitely come back for more. Great service, great birthday celebration. Thanks again, Andy!
