Called and made a to go order and no issues, great customer service! Went to pick up the order, lady was awesome, again great customer service! Get home, sit down to eat our food, HORRIBLE! Went directly in the trash…. Got the steak and parm sirloin, was supposed to be cooked to medium, it was more “rare” and just sitting in blood. Sad because we live 25 minutes away and we love Applebees so much so we go an hour out of our way to pick it up and get home and not even be able to eat it. This is the 4th time in a row that we go out of our way to pick up and get home and it’s always something but this time was shocking that this was served..

Where to begin. Every surface in this restaurant is gross. Food is meh but what one works expect. My reason for one star is the worse bartender we have ever had. And we have been to many a bar. She ignored us all evening. Even after I told her that we weren’t driving. Our glasses sat empty for 10, 20 min before she addressed us. To be clear, the bar was mostly empty, perhaps four or five others. Then, without explanation or words of any kind, she hands us our bill. We did not request it she did not say anything. No my shift is ending no due to policy I can’t serve you more, nada. Worst experience ever at a restaurant. We’ll never go back.
Also the floor was a grease ice skating rink. Avoid at all costs.

Not the best Applebees I have ever been to by any means, but the server was nice and I had no complaints with that. Food was definitely average and I didn’t finish mine. My kids like the kids meal offering here though, so that’s why we went.

Wonderful visit this busy evening. The best service we have ever any restaurant before. Our son is deaf let me just say. My wife and I learned sign language to better communicate with our son as well as we currently teach our younger son to sign. Dawn was our waitress, her upbeat and fun energy was felt thru her area I promise you. It was busy we had to wait on our table but all of that didn’t matter when we got sat and Dawn introduced herself to all of us. As she started talking she could see my wife was signing to our sons her name and what they wanted to drink. Suddenly,Dawn laid her little book down on our table and signed to our son. Her sign Language was not perfect but the look on our older sons face was amazing he was smiling big to have her sign her name to him. My wife helped her a little during there conversation and as busy as it was Dawn seemed to not let her bother her and completely engaged with us.Each time she came to the table she would take part my son’s both hugged her on the way. To be made feel special like this lady did us will stick with us in the future. Thank you so much Dawn for being such a good person to us tonight.

Stopped in around 5:30 on a Saturday night and the place was packed. I grabbed a seat at the bar and Courtney was non-stop busy, but she never missed a beat. My drink and food order were in fast, and she kept everything moving with a great attitude. She really hustles!
This Applebee’s is also legendary thanks to Denise, who has been here forever. She is the G.O.A.T. of this location! She takes great care of everyone, especially the kids — she always has crayons ready and waiting.
Overall, busy night but excellent service.

The interior was really nice. The bartender lady who helped me with takeout really long hair was really sweet 1/13/26 1030pm. Went in and ordered takeout. The shrimp alfredo was delicious. Happy trucker. Looking forward to coming back. Portions price ok. Quality ok. To go packaging good.

if you go to this Applebees without a member of your party being 30+ they’ll treat you like garbage, i’ve been to this establishment a couple times with my father we’ve gotten great service, all smiles.
today i was there with someone my age and would’ve gotten better service from a goldfish, our waitress must’ve thought we couldn’t afford our meal with the attitude she had on her. we ordered and as we were waiting not three minutes later we noticed the same waitress seat another group with much more delight than she had for us offering happy hour drinks, appetizers, (she must’ve forgot to offer those to us as well) the most interaction we had was when she ran past to drop a drink at the table without even a glance.
Food was good but make sure to have a big sign that says “i promise i have money” if you’re in your 20s

The food was very good! We got seated immediately and the waitress came to us right away. The food didn’t take too long to get here, and it was delicious. I had the $14.99 unlimited boneless wings. The food was good and was worth it. The food wasn’t that expensive and for the value, it was definitely worth the price. You get unlimited fries, a choice of boneless wings, shrimp, or riblets, and you can change between them without extra charge. You also get free coleslaw. This was very good. The restroom was clean and it wasn’t crowded. One of the paper towel machines did not work however the other one did. Not a bad restroom.

Carry out order. Ordered crunchy shrimp dinner, received a double order of shrimp, no sides. My Boubon Steak was awful. Tough as leather and no flavor. Used to be a favorite. I spent 10 minutes trying to order online and the app could not get my order correct, so I drove to the store and waited. Very disappointed. 12/10/25
