I came in to get a Uber eats order. After about 10 minutes I was able to get some bodies attention and show them my delivery order for pick the said ok and I thought they had taken a mental note or something that I was in the cue. Well 35 mins later they asked me what my order for pick up was again I told them, and showed them. After another 5 minutes they told me somebody else got it. So I waited for 50 mins in a fast food restaurant to pick up a customer s order and couldn’t even get it. I understand there is a rush and wait times can get a little long, but I feel like this is to long and it hurt my reputation on the Uber eats app.

Snow day today. Apparently inclement weather. It’s a Saturday. Chick-fil-A closes on Sundays, right? It takes some strong conviction to pass up that kind of money to stay closed on a weekend day. But, I would think if they had that type of strong conviction, they’d have a similar conviction to stay open on a snow day, not a blizzard day…just 1/2 an inche of slow falling snow. But No!!! They were closed and did not make it easy to be aware of that. McDonald’s? They’ll surely be closed too? No! Open. Providing shelter and a place for my kids to play. Sure they occasionally forget to put meat between the buns etc….but i forgive them; time heals all wounds, I suppose. McDonald’s, you’ve won me back. Thank you Lawrenceville Hwy McDonald’s!!! I love you. (Chick-fil-A….strike 2, You’re Out!)

There’s not been a single time where I came here and my order was correct. Even after I check the bag letting them know that items are missing they tell me it’s in there and close the door on me. I tried to call, of course the line doesn’t go through.

Frappe was perfect. I have never really been a frappe drinker I’ve had Starbucks and other fancy coffee places but McDonald’s mocha frappe with no whipped cream or chocolate syrup add an extra shot of espresso is just a delight to me & a nice treat for myself!

I dined in with my family for breakfast . It was clean when we were there . Food was fresh and hot . Indoor playground was clean . The manager on duty is a Hispanic female . I think her name was Irine… She wrote it down but I misplaced the receipt . Just know managers change shifts through out the day. Day shift is on point .

I ordered my food twice spent 70 dollars spoke to manager he wasn’t helpful at all my order wasnt be prepared they couldn’t provide me a real reason as to why they were Refusing to make my order like I stayed I placed it twice im a Gm i know how uber eats works he could have took time to check I waited 3 hours for food I never received and I had to pay a 35 dollars cancellation fee im pissed very unprofessional and uncaring!!!! Went last night to grab a “quick” dinner. Ended up being a 25+ minute drive thru excursion. Ordered two sprites with our meals – got to the pickup window and they had one girl redoing each drink order because they were out of sprite. Why would you let people continue to order sprite? Hence the backup!
Our order was also wrong when I got home and our fries containers were half full! Whoever was the MOD 12/3/25 in the evening needs a little chat!

I honestly don’t eat McDonald’s anymore! I just used the bathroom. It was nice and clean. Soft music was playing, nice calm atmosphere. Greeted promptly upon n entering the door. This one is in my neighbirhood.looks like all new staff.

McDonald’s app shows location being open as well as Google Maps, it allows you to place an order when you arrive the location is completely closed, staff seems to make their own hours after dark, and it takes time to get the money returned
