So…. Here’s the story. I went there a few weeks ago, got the spicy wrap. The wrap felt oddly small. I opened it, the chicken that was in there was the size of my index finger. Not big. Came there today, got the same order thinking maybe they ran out. Nope Same thing AGAIN. A SMALL PEICE OF CHICKEN AGAIN. I understand maybe they’d ran out, but this one is even SMALLER. I’m not a big complainer but dang man!!!! Do BETTER.

7 pm on a Friday night, some manager comes out to the drive thru, cuts the line off, and says no more they are too busy . Seriously? They also had the dining room closed at 7 pm . The hours are 10 pm closing dining room 11 pm drive thru . Sooo I’m not understanding. Every drive thru in this immediate area had a line all dining rooms were busy, but Burger Kings employees couldn’t handle a friday night . Pathetic!!!!!!

Tried to place an order in the drive-through and was immediately getting rushed through on the speaker from a young kid, “What do you want?” I respond, “Can I get a cheeseburger, a medium fry, and an original chicken sandwich?” (As he is cutting me off rushing me through for each thing I ask for). As I look at the total on the screen, I remember the 2 for $5 chicken sandwich deal and ask if that is indeed a thing. The kid on the speaker then responds “Ugh… ok boss, if that’s what you wanted you need to give me the order right.” He then attempts to read me back the revised order, gets it wrong, and then asks me to read back the order. I said forget about it and left without completing the order. He responds, “Ok.”
I understand it’s Burger King, but this particular one has gone down significantly in the past few months. Most of the employees are kids being ran by other kids and nobody is being held accountable. The other week my wife comes in with kids for the SpongeBob deal – all the tables were dirty and they waited 45 minutes for food, zero customer service while they’re all fooling around behind the counter. Half the time the orders are also wrong.
Whoever runs this franchise, the staff at this location is running your business into the dirt. I can deal with a disrespectful kid if the food was worth it, but you’re failing on two fronts.

Hands down the worst hamburger I have ever had. I ordered 3 burgers. All were absolutely nasty. It tasted like they warmed it up from days ago. It took 3 minutes totally from ordering them and receiving them at the drive thru. Which I should have been wary right away. I hadn’t eaten in 3 days and it was the only thing I wanted only to be severely disappointed. Only good thing about any of this was Tia and the drive thru. She was so nice and when I called to let them know she offered to remake my order. I didn’t even want after that. Won’t be going back anytime soon

Huh! My review disappeared what happened? I’m going from three stars to one. I come here on my lunch break spending shy of $30 every freaking visit. Well on Dec 4th I ordered the bourbon burger and got nothing on it but a thin layer of sauce and three tiny pieces of bacon. No crispy onions no crispy jalapeños. I’ve been ordering this burger regular and had no issues which is why I ordered it again!
I called several times as I was on lunch and needed acknowledgement that I’m bringing the burger back the next day for a refund. No call back no answer and I couldn’t get a refund.
You should be able to look up yesterday’s orders especially because it was online. Really disappointed and I guess my daughter was right BK s ucks.
Idk how anyone could get away with handing someone a burger with nothing on it knowing how expensive these burgers are. Finding a new lunch spot I guess.

Been to this location 4 times (Southern and Crismon) and everytime I go there, there’s a problem. Always have to pull around and wait for them to bring the food out..I only go there to get the kiddos a kids meal. 3 of them..Not like im ordering the whole steer or they have to kill the chicken and make the nuggets..
Yesterday I sat in line for 10 minutes behind 3 other vehicles, get up to the window and he tells me go park out front, the fries would be done in a minute and a half, they’ll bring the food out..(they should have had them ready by the time i got to the window after already waiting 10 minutes in line, right?)
Went around to the front sat there for 5 minutes before I went in..they had just started working on the chicken nuggets kid meals..
Only 3 people working this BK at 5pm..WTH…To many other fast food places to choose from to keep going back to this one expecting a different outcome..They can’t never get the food out in a timely matter and get an attitude when you tell them so..Bye Burger King your not all that with your over priced wait forever to get food

Been here twice. Waited 20 plus minutes both times to get my food. People behind the counter talking to their friends letting things sit in the window for long periods of time. And both times were because staff just forgot to make some of my order. And continued to talk and just chill. Even made sure to make his girls food before mine 4 oeople back there maybe isn’t enough whoever is scheduling……

Sometimes I get a craving for burger king. This location was like every other one. Service was quick and the food was decent. The lettuce quality wasn’t the best (mostly yellow) and the burger could’ve used more sauce. It was dry but the tomato, pickle, and onion was great. Culvers right down the road is always busy. Nobody here in the drive thru on a Saturday night…

Tables are filthy, the customer service is bad, management doesn’t know how to staff or direct people, order took 30 minutes to get out. The manager was getting mad at people entering the drive through, the young man operating the drive through orders had 0 drive or purpose as he walked (even with how busy they were). The lady making the burgers had food lined out of storage area and had no initiative to help her coworkers push out orders. Another manager was stocking the fridge. I’ve worked in fast food before, this is not how you manage or operate a chain. Do not eat here

I ordered 3 meals from the kiosk. My whopper meal was the only special order. I wanted no tomatoes, no onions, and heavy pickles. I was unable to order the heavy pickles from the kiosk so I opted to hit pay at cashier so I could tell the gentleman working to please add heavy pickles to the whopper with no cheese. He needed help from a coworker to open my order so i processed to tell the coworker as well to please add heavy pickles. I received my order with no drinks or the sauces I added which was fine. I got home and my whopper not only did not have heavy pickles but they decided to add cheese to my whopper which I do not like. Everything was also cold and the fries were extremely stale. On the plus side the other two orders were just fine. I will add that they were not busy at all but all the employees there were very friendly they just didn’t seem to listen to my one request
