The girl that took our order was amazing!!!! She couldn’t have done a better job or been any nicer I give her a 10 star salute and she deserves a raise. It was about 10:30 wen we went forget her name but she was cute as could be and was Escalante at her job, couldn’t be happier!!!

I moved out to Valle Vista in 2010. Typically I don’t rate “fast food restaurants” However? This particular Jack in The Box restaurant has always been run like a family restaurant. I have special dietary restrictions and they take every effort to ensure that the good is correct. Is the food great? It’s Jack in The Box, however I am going to give them a 5 out of 5 all the way down the board.

Their late night/graveyard crew is amazing. They get the food out in a very timely matter, and it’s always fresh. The crew has amazing customer support provided to the customers. My dad wanted some tacos and they got that stuff done fresh & hot for them, and gave us a handful of taco sauce to go.
There was someone in front of us that was ordering a bunch of stuff and they either asked them to pull to the front or got their order done quick, which is amazing in itself. Either way, good job guys!!!

Apologies for the rant.
Been coming to this Jack in the Box drive thru for a bit for this particular Vanilla Iced coffee with no issues for about a month. A few other locations make it too sweet, but I usually have no issues with this one.
Didn’t ask for receipt this time, and now I regret it. Coffee tastes like syrup, and didn’t have time to stop back there. Cashier at window didn’t seem too hospitable as well. Would hope that the next visit would be better. Appreciate the time taken to read.

Never ever can get an order right especially late night and I’m a disable senior that’s been going on with this for years. Something needs to be done. They have poor service always out of everything never ever get it right daytime or night.in and I have reports that have never ever been answered to. I have reported them for refunds and so and have never been answered to. They called me starting on a report, but never got back to me. Just poor service all around the plate. Adding to this comment my kids love jack-in-the-Box but we normally go to the one way uptown. This one is just closer to the house, but here’s a picture of a burger I recently

The food was fresh and good, the service was amazing Yami the lady from the Drive thru had the most amazing customer service ever I was having a hard time deciding on what drink to get because they were currently out of lemonade and even her boss tried the Agua fresca for me to tell me if the flavor was similar to the normal one. They have such an awesome and friendly atmosphere recommend coming here.

Since fast food now pays $20.00 an hour customer service has suffered. Not at Jack in the box. They have elevated their customer service. Food is fresh, lobby is clean, employees are friendly and service is fast. I eat at this location about 4 days a week for my 30 minute lunch break because of the customer service.Thank you for not forcing a kiosk machine on me and treating me as a valued customer. All the staff is awsome.
