Crabby meal is not bad, if you like the Burger King taste, which I do. The Whopper is a traditional Whopper but with the addition of a square, very yellow, bun. Mr. Crabs bacon, cheesy tots are good tasting and although small, the portion was good for the combo meal. The drink is veeerrrrrryyyyy sweet, and the sweet foam on top makes the iced taste a bit more interesting. Not bad, but I probably would not order the pineapple drink again. The berry pie is creamy and tasty, definitely a kid friendly meal and the value, while not great is on par with what I would think. Its filling enough and tastes good. The establishment is clean and kid friendly, the staff was friendly and accommodating (have it your way) with food coming out pretty quickly. I would say its a good Burger King to eat in and take the kids, they’ll enjoy it more than some adults. Overall, good experience and I would come here again.

I went through the drive-thru today and it was one of my best experiences in a drive thru. Burger king has really been stepping it up, I would also like to thank Jenn for amazing service. She was patient, thoughtful and helpful. Exactly what i’d want going into a drive thru. Double Cheeseburger value meal needs to make its way back.

Amazing management I got to deal with one firsthand and the drive-through situation where I missed the ordering sign and having a big pick up truck in a very small window to narrow through the drive-through area she took my order out the window and my food came promptly thank you so much for not treating me like a normal. Get back to the line and do it again that was very nice of you. Thank you.

We ordered a deal that included Whopper Jrs at exactly 10:30am (the time that lunch/dinner is able to be sold as opposed to breakfast). I thought the sandwiches would at least be fresh since they SHOULD be made to order but that’s not the case. The buns were hard and they were only slightly warm. I think they must have been sitting a while and found out later that day, that they are able to be ordered during breakfast time so they most likely were made in advance with the expectation of being ordered before we came along. I was advised to order them special to avoid this.

Sat for 5 mins at speaker to order, drove up to window, both employees were wearing ear buds, and “ignored” us. When the chick ” noticed” us, she opened the window with an attitude. Didn’t say can I help you or anything. Didn’t apologize for the shitty service. The other employee decided to jump on the front counter and sit there. Lazy people.

It wasn’t busy when I went in but it was around 2pm, after lunchtime for most workers.
It was clean, trash emptied, tables clean and the workers were welcoming, plus the service was quick.

I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru behind one car and then waited another 15 minutes for them to take my order which was 1 drink. Also, they gave ME attitude when I did nothing to deserve it. When I got to the window I got more attitude about how busy they were and saw nobody waiting inside. An attitude adjustment is desperately needed at this location.

I don’t know what’s going on with this understaffing at this place but all the times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait about 20-30 minutes just to get my food even though there is only ever 3-4 people in line. I only order a whopper meal. One time I waited 20 minutes just to even get to the speaker with only 2 people ahead of me. They need to assign more people to this place. It’s a disaster.

Employee walked away before they served me (apparently arguing with another employee) so it took roughly 15 mins for them to get it together while I waited. Dirty floors and moldy bread. I tried this location 3 times and never had a good experience. Between the ghetto and pot holes I think this BK should be shut down and revamped. I’m done with this one.
