I really wish that I was making this up because of how ironic it is. I ordered carryout at this Wendy’s and I ordered a double baconator no mayo. I get my food, I get home, and I take a bite. Tell me why there is no bacon on my Baconator? That’s like the whole point is the bacon. I order from here all the time and usually don’t have any problems so I’m not terribly mad about it, but this is a pretty crazy mistake to make.

The night crew here is awesome, always my best Wendy’s experiences at this location late at nighy after concerts in the cities on our drives home to central Minnesota. Food is always super fresh and order is always correct while service is super friendly. The chicken tenders are right up there with that of Cane’s, no joke! I’ll keep coming back you better believe that.

My almost 70 year old Dad was buying some food a about 20 min ago through the drive thru on the way back to visit my mom in the hospital, and suddenly started gaming issues with his windows they would not roll back up and it is -15 degrees outside with a windchill making it feel like -35 and the manager would not let me dad in while he waited for a tow truck. This was before 8:30 at night mind you so it’s not like the lobby should have been closed. I called the restaurant to ask them to let him in please while I was on my way to get him because they didn’t want to when he asked and then the employee told me he would but the manager still wouldn’t and hung up on me. The windchill and temperatures are dangerously low and this manager was heartless. Whoever was working there tonight on 1/22/2025 is plain heartless. You better believe I will be calling the store tomorrow morning to complain again as well. We tried calling back after being hung up on and now they won’t answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous in this weather they would not help out a senior citizen to sit inside waiting for the tow truck!

This so-called fast-food restaurant is a stain on the city!
This restaurant is a total shame. Wendy’s food is excellent, but this store is the pits! Where to start? The entrance and parking lot look like they’ve been carpet bombed. The tables & chairs are wobbly and look like they came from good will instead of from a professional whole saler. The windows all look like someone peed all over them. They dining room needs someone more than an amateur to lay it out professionally. The red is way too much, maybe a few red accents? Service is slow and the employees are walking around outside smoking & texting their buddies. The bathrooms are ok, but the gas fireplace seems out of place. Breakfast might compete with the best of them, but I’m not going to sit in that dining room again.
Come on people, this store has what everyone wants, location, location, location and great food. Invest in your customers and they’ll invest in you. I gave it 1 star because of the Wendy’s food being so delicious.

These people work hard, very friendly, kick butt and chew bubblegum, and they just ran outta bubble gum. I go out of my way to go here when I want some Wendy’s.

Hours are never accurate, there sign and website says the dining room is open until 10 but I got here at 730 and all the doors are locked
