I recently ate at India Connection Restaurant and tried a few different dishes. The chicken tikka masala was okay, but it wasn’t very flavorful, so I wouldn’t personally recommend it. The garlic naan, however, was really good. It was soft, tender, and well seasoned, and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The dahi puri was also excellent and something I would highly recommend. It was fresh, well balanced, and full of flavor. Overall, there were a few hits and misses, but some items were definitely worth ordering.

This restaurant is right next to the India Supermarket grocery store. We tried chole bhature and papdi chaat and both were tasty.

If it wasn’t for senior staff who works there usually, I wouldn’t even have given 3 stars. Food was great no complaint as always. Only issue was the cashier girl Preet. First of all very very rude. Doesn’t know anything about customer service. I had to wait so long for my food. Everyone who got there after me got their food. Even my friend got his food . I didn’t even get my soda. When I requested her for my food she turned away without actually replying. She had the audacity to treat customers like that who actually go there and support business that has hired her.
Thanks to Elderly man, even with his injured hand he made sure I get my food in my table. The Punjabi Aunty with head scarf intervened and got my food prepared.
Thanks to elderly staff. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t even have walked out and never set a foot again.

This is a hidden gem in the area. Friendly staff and friendly people all around. The cafeteria so affordable. Wholesome food friendly. Kind people everywhere. I cannot recommend this place highly enough superlatives all around.

The place is situated inside the India Market. There are a lot of food items to try out and if you dine in they will heat them up. The staff members are ok with some taking a lot of time to prep food. The atmosphere can be improved especially the customers detest the employees sleeping on the dining area chairs. The restaurant experience can be improved.

This is a cafeteria/food court within an Indian grocery shopping place, so the vibe is not like an actual restaurant. But if your expectations are set right, they have the best food around! Their noodles, manchurian and chaat are exceptional. The service is also much better than other actual Indian restaurants in the area.

Editing review after around 1 year as there are some good changes recently
If you haven’t tried from sometime you can try it now.
Menu is updated, new dishes introduced and taste and quality also improved.
Veg Thali is good value for money,3 curry and dal,rice ,raita ,sweet salad papad and pickle for 10.99 only , taste and variation is also good, Chole bhature is pretty good.
Suggestion for owner ,Sweet option should be improved as Kheer every time become monotonous

I visit this restaurant as it is attached to the Indian grocery store and as a convenience we eat there as the commute to this place is almost 3 hours. We had our first cart full of non perishable items and we spoke with one of the employees to ask where should we park our full cart as we first will eat something before we resume our shopping that will be mostly perishable refrigerated and frozen. We then ordered the food (receipt attached here) and given number 16. We waited about 2-3 minutes and our drinks were served (not water), then after about 5 minutes first they brought first dish, then another five minutes the second dish was served. Later I observed that the person was serving dishes for other customers. I waited hoping they are still preparing. Later after about 10 minutes of waiting I reminded the only person doing the serving on all tables, collecting dishes, cleaning etc. He appeared surprised that we have ordered three dishes and believed only after I showed him the receipt. He then went to inform his coworkers about it and they had a kind of argument ensued about the order and we waived the receipt at them showing that all of this is ordered together. After about 5 minutes of back and forth of proving that we did order it we were told to wait. I had lost my patience and appetite by this time. This was highly unprofessional and unethical behavior that I had to prove to them and not just one time but to everyone that this person was talking to. Very poor customer service and attitude towards customers who are frequent customers. I went to the register and asked to cancel my dish and just refund for the dish. They tried to quickly serve the dish and server told me that food is already ready and he is bringing. I just stopped him that I am no longer interested in the order. I wanted to eat the food with my family and not wait forever and after proving twice only be served. I strongly insisted on the refund and the person on cash register immediately handed me the cash for my dish.
Honestly, the other two dishes weren’t up to the standards and satisfaction either except the drinks that were acceptable. Since we had consumed the served dishes, I didn’t want to make them refund for that.
After completing my transaction at the restaurant, we left the place. I didn’t bother to continue shopping for other items and also left our filled cart worth about $700.
This place may have the merit of being able to provide groceries from India and other Asian country however, they failed drastically today. They didn’t truly care nor owned their mistake rather showed an attitude of making me provide proof of order multiple times.
I don’t plan on buying anything from them anymore and I will never recommend them to anyone else.
We later went to Apna Bazar that is across from them bought our groceries there.
