Don’t bother eating here during noon/lunch time, because you are looking at 45 minute wait. I have had this experience pretty consistently. I’m not sure why it takes so long but If I had to bet it’s because they’re not being staffed properly. I know this because I can see the employees are trying their best.
I have even placed my order online 15 minutes in advance, it just doesn’t matter.

Midland Wendy’s is the absolute worst Wendy’s on the planet. They are always messing up orders, out of items, rude, understaffed, ignoring anyone at the counter and on and on.
Someone from Corporate Wendy’s needs to get up here and make changes.
Id rather eat SPAM out of a can than eat what they are serving up.

Two hairs I found in my bag/food, dude at the front wiped his nose with his sleeves then proceeded to open the bags with the same sleeve. Took 10 mins just to order with two other people in front of me. Place was just a mess or at least the workers wouldn’t be surprised if I dropped dead from eating here.

I’ve been here multiple times in the past. It used to be a lot better. The last three times I’ve been here I have gotten the worst customer service and this is the last time I’ll ever come to this location. The guy that was working the drive-thru window all he did was complained about his job and how much he wanted to just leave and forgot my drinks. I had to remind him and then he mumbled about me asking for the items I paid for. He was doing all this right in front of a manager. I was going to call but what’s the point when you’re doing it right in front of your boss and the manager didn’t seem to care.

The restaurant was not very busy, for two value meals took over 20 mins to receive. 6 people working on food, this seems ridiculous. Poor management and organization.

I tried ordering a burger from this burger joint only to be told they’re out of burger. How does a burger joint run out of burger? I’ve worked in food service for years. The only explanation I can think of is that the managers and owners are entirely inept. Close down already.
