I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was given recommendations. Also, I was given samples of the dressings of the warm bowls I was interested in.
This place is clean and they have music playing at a low level where you are still able to have conversations.

First time here and the service was amazing. Shontese was very patient and helped me decide what to get (the harvest bowl with a cup of tomato soup). The food was so delicious and fresh and I think I found my new favorite spot.

Today after grocery shopping, my husband and I stopped by Chopt Creative Salad Company for lunch. We ordered two of their warm bowls ,the Chicken Tinga Bowl and the Lemon Crush Bowl. Each bowl was around 600–650 calories, which felt perfectly balanced for a filling yet mindful meal.
The food was not only healthy but also full of flavor, and what I really liked is that there are plenty of options to customize your bowl just the way you want it. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for something delicious that doesn’t compromise on health.

But the African American female worker just had no customer service energy. Minor attitude. But I will assume it was a bad day. But if the job in food service is too much there are options.
The vibe just was off.
The Mixed Male worker energy wasn’t it either.

Chopt in Kingstown is my go-to for fresh salads. Shawn is fantastic and makes a delicious salad! Quick service and never have problems. I like that if I select an ingredient on the app and they’re out of it, they wait until I arrive to ask me if I want to substitute anything else. I appreciate that, instead of just making my salad and later assuming they forgot the ingredient.

Love Chopt! Best fast food salad spot. Easy to eat because it’s all literally CHOPPED. The staff at Kingstowne always greets you when you walk in the door, making it a friendly and professional environment. The ingredients are always fresh and I’ve never had an issue with the food or service. Highly recommend.
