My husband and I just left from here to celebrate my birthday! Wow what an amazing experience!! From the time we walked in we were provided with the warmest greeting. Then we were blessed with Killian!! He was just as amazing as his name!! Very attentive, super knowledgeable but most of all just personable and eager to show us the best experience !! He made this evening amazing! Give him a raise! Mario was really nice also and I am so sorry I didn’t get the names of the cook and the gentlemen that kept our table clear and glasses full! The steak was cooked BEAUTIFULLY!! It was full of flavor and very tender, we had the porterhouse for 2! We loved it so much that we asked to bring the chef to give him a shot out!!! Overall bravo to the team for making our evening memorable ! Please be sure to honor this team this evening !!

Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Newport delivered an amazing dining experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional friendly, attentive, and professional without ever feeling overbearing. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a classy, upscale atmosphere that’s perfect for a special occasion or a great night out. The food was outstanding. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, incredibly tender, and full of flavor, served sizzling hot just as promised. The sides were delicious and generously portioned, and everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. Our server Khaleah was knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations that really enhanced the meal. Overall, this was a top tier experience with fantastic food, great service, and a wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend Khaleah and we’ll definitely be returning !

I made a reservation for a solo birthday dinner here. They were very warm and welcoming. Kevin did an exceptional job. He ensured that I enjoyed myself by continuously checking on me. He was very attentive. Marlon my bartender was great at his drinks making. He too ensured that my glasses were always full and that I enjoyed myself. They made sure I enjoyed my birthday dinner, out some birthday confetti on the table. For appetizer I had the crab cakes. They were really good!! Very flaky with nice big chunks of crab in it. I did the 3 course meal deal. Mac made cheese, brussel sprouts as my sides and lobster tail with steak as my main course. All of it was extremely tasty. For desert I had a mini cheesecake and they came and sang Happy birthday to me. I fully recommend here as it was an enjoyable night.

We went to celebrate a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising the birthday boy with a complimentary cheesecake — such a thoughtful touch. The food and service were amazing! The stuff chicken breast and the filet, well seasoned and very moist. And the carrot cake was very good. The restaurant itself self is beautiful and the staff were great! Thank you to Tiffany our server who was very patient and kind. Will definitely go again.

You can never go wrong with good ambience, good waiter and good food. You will find this at Ruth Chris Steak House. I love this place but my one absolute go to is the creme brulee. I don’t leave the restaurant without out. Now the steaks, potatoes and spinach are outstanding but the CREME BRULEE is like floating on cloud 9. Make sure you stop by and enjoy yourself.

Myself and my husband ate here on Tuesday July 25,2025. Going out, especially to fine dining can be extremely challenging, as we not only have a 1 year old but I am a disabled parent. We always try to get in and out, eat quick, and try to stay out of the way as we have learned first hand, the world can be very inpatient. From the minute we arrived, the manager Robert, Carlos our server and the entire staff were extremely warm, attentive and so kind. They helped us get seated with our own high chair, had a spot for our stroller, were extremely patient and were so playful and personable to our daughter. You can tell how genuine everyone was. We were able to relax through an amazing meal and dessert. They personally helped us to the family bathroom as it’s extremely hard for me to change my daughter independently. This is a HUGE help. Some restaurants don’t even have a changing table in the men’s room let alone a family bathroom. We were truly touched by everyone’s genuine smiles and kindness. People return to some restaurants for the food.. But in this case, it will definitely be for the people as well as the food. Kindness in this world today, especially to an adaptive person goes a very long way. You truly touched our hearts. We will definitely be back.
