I normally order Pizza Inn but today was just not the day. I ordered through door dash and this is what I received. Just felt like my order was slapped together real quick to get it out the door. I’m very disappointed. I decided to try a different dessert today and it was not appetizing. The Apple Pie Dessert is very much false advertisement from the photo online when ordering. I did speak with the man anger to address my concerns which she as very nice but I just wanted it to be known that they need to check food before sending it out the door.

My husband loves this pizza, however in the last 6 months the food quality, service and cleanliness has spiraled downward. Tables are not wiped clean. Used dishes are left on empty tables. Had to use plastic forks because there were no clean ones the last 3 times we’ve eaten there. Plates and bowls are dripping with water on the buffet bar. Waitresses not attentive to refills on drinks or other needs. A waitress was carrying a table bussing bin to clean a table and was dripping dirty liquid refuse on the floor as she carried it with one hand. Staff do not seem to care about their appearance or customer service in general. Last night I was very ill after eating there. My grandchildren enjoy their suppers with us, but we will not be coming back here.

A great Pizza Inn – clean, friendly and well-stocked with delicious pizza. It’s a great place to have a fundraiser. The owners are super nice and staff is very helpful.

They cared less how they cooked our pizza and told us it wasn’t nothing they could do about it. And the night manager basically said it not her problem. And to keep the pizza and bring back tomorrow. But I wanted my pizza tonight and the fact they put the pizza in up side down blows me. Because they was rushing to get off. Sad but true
