We had a great time.
Arrived just after 8pm on a Wednesday for a light dinner.
It wasn’t busy, we sat near the bar at a high top. Our server was Nancy. She was amazing. Super friendly and always there when we needed something. Ask her about the “Flattery” sign. Haha.

Hi all,
Maybe it wasn’t just my day or I totally missed the whole idea of business. I don’t know.
Subjectively I was waiting for food quite a while and didn’t feel like had efficient enough communication with the personnel.
After I’ve made a second order insead of normal silverware I’ve got a plastic one. Please see the second photo.
Eventually I had to stand up and pay my bill at the counter.
Given all I’ve said above – 2 stars for the service.
But food is actually very nice and prices are reasonably friendly. I’m pretty happy on this front.
Overall I don’t think it was an experience I’d like to repeat ever again and now I understand why Gemini didn’t want to generate the pictures of Hooters. We’re on the same page now 🙂

This was first time visit to the Hooters location. The menu items, ordered on this visit were and appetizer of onion rings, a bowl of soup, and two specialty burgers. Our server frequently checked in on our needs, replacing the roll of paper towels at the table and refilling our beverages. The burgers were not delivered as ordered, one of the 2 burgers the BBQ Bacon Cheddar was requested to be cooked to medium temperature, lacked the BBQ sauce and was overcooked cooked. The other burger was the Hooter burger with coleslaw and baked beans sides. This first visit was rather underwhelming, the quality of the food and the service was average and worth the value of the price meal. Although better than average service and a quality meal was given, future visits to this location may be occurring at a later time to reevaluate the quality of the Hooters location.

Went in with coworker on lunch break which iss within walking distance, waited over an hour for our food so had to change it to go. Even asked manager for our check so when the food did show we could haul butt . Food ( chicken so dry and buffalo is straight oil) haven’t been there in awhile and today was a reminder of why. Our server was nice and polite so complaining about her

I had placed an order this morning for some wings for the Super Bowl. I had a pickup time of 5pm. I arrived promptly at 5 to pick them up. They were ready for me. No waiting. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I was very pleased with the entire process

The service was terrible. Just because my parents don’t speak English, they weren’t helped. They ordered a pickup order, and the staff refused to resolve the issue until I arrived and spoke to the manager in English. The manager and one of the employees were giving my parents dirty looks while talking about them, and when they finally got their food, they threw it on the table. I’m never going back to this Hooters.

I’m a DoorDash driver & have had repeated issues with communication at this location. On two different days, I was told “they’re still working on it” with no effort to check with the kitchen or give a time estimate. I waited 15+ minutes today while a manager passed by multiple times without any update. This location needs better communication and respect for delivery drivers’ time.
