Friendly, fast service. I was greeted with a warm hello when walking in. Food was hot and tasty. I had a 2 chunk dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli cheese casserole and a roll. Chicken was juicy and tender. Restaurant was clean and well lit. Overall great experience.

I ate here several years ago and did not like what I got, it was late and on the road back to Ponca City and wanted a quick bite for the road… terrible chicken tenders. Fast forward about 4 years and it is now one of our go-to local restaurants, especially dine in. The food is always hot and good to eat, servings are generous (seems like I get more than what I really should be getting, not complaining!), and you can see exactly what you are getting before they hand it to you. Great place to dine in.

This has to be one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been to. I have been there late and seen them take apart the pop machine and clean it. Very few places do that. And the manager named Forest has to be one of the best managers. He was out there working with the young ones every time I’ve been in there. The employees have always been so polite. Kudos to you Sand Springs Charlie’s Chicken.

A late dinner ~ I love meatloaf.
I was so surprised they had meatloaf on a Monday after 9pm.
Hubby had catfish.
It hit the spot.
It was closing time and the staff was busy with duties but never made us feel rushed.
As for the Chicken at Charlie’s Chicken ~ we don’t like it, it’s too dry.
As for the drive thru ~ I have never gone through the drive through that they didn’t forget something. Check before you drive home.

I had the three chunk dinner with a drink. My sides were mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and an an additional side of tabouli. For $15 it wasn’t a bad deal. I wanted a little bit of everything and knew I wouldn’t eat it all so it was enough to save for later. The Mac and cheese needs salt and pepper every time which I don’t mind. I like getting to adjust to my liking. The mashed potatoes were one large scoop with a little bit of gravy. The tabouli was not the best. Large chunks of tomato mixed with small chunks. Really watery. I could have passed on that.
The service was amazing! Friendly and happy to be served is how I felt. The inside was very very clean. While no one was in the drive through there were people making sure things were nice and tidy.
Great place if you’re looking for some chicken and mashed potatoes! Highly recommend!!

The food’s always good. I just wish any single employee could learn how to serve it. The last two times I’ve been, my order has been all kinds of wrong. Last time, I notified the store and they seemed to take it seriously, but today after paying for 3 items I didn’t receive and then receiving an entirely different meal that I didn’t order, I think I’m done.

We were excited to eat at Charlie’s Chicken because we’d never been to one. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The chicken chunks made me sick. It was not what I was wanting to deal with on a vacation or any time. 🙁 The Mac n’ cheese was mushy and inedible. We will never return to ANY location.

Great people, delicious food. This is my must-stop when I’m in the Sand Springs area. I always get the chicken chunks, mash potatoes & gravy, and the mac & cheese. Their rolls are SO GOOD! They always say a nice greeting and help you order if you are unsure what you want. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Great service. Food was good and hot. We always get extra rolls. One each is never enough. I get unsweetened tea. Make sure you taste it to confirm that there is no sugar. Otherwise it was a good option stopping here after voting. Let them cook for you.
