Be careful! According to their reactions when asking for things THEY FORGOT, they might lower a limb or worst if you ask for it.
Seriously they act like they wont get paid if we request forgotten items. When ordering online our meals comes with sauce….. but when you dont receive it the female workers react as if you just threatened them or they are disgusted. Specially the one working the window today October 15th , 2025 at 3:45 pm. Not my fault you work fast food …. Change the attitude didn’t come for your feelings. Pic below with order and only one sauce after i asked and basically forced them to give it

The worst customer service I have ever received. My entire 50$ order was wrong. When I called and spoke with manager I explained how every meal ordered was wrong. When done he ask me how can he refund money if I got my order. I will just never go here again.

I normally don’t leave reviews on food places but man come on. Yesterday I went there to get some food, and I couldn’t even believe what I was eating. My stomach couldn’t bare the pain from this disgusting food. And if you don’t see the problem I’ll gladly explain it for you:
Pink/red near the bone: Can happen sometimes with bone-in chicken due to hemoglobin pigments, especially in young birds — but combined with the texture and undercooked look, it’s not safe to assume it’s fine.
• Black areas: That is not normal and could indicate either improper cooking, spoilage, or blood pooling that didn’t get fully cooked off. That’s more concerning.
• Rubbery texture and visible raw or bloody spots: Big signs of undercooking.
Like seriously? Popeyes can’t cook chicken? Normally I would’ve went back to get a refund but I’m making a promise I’m never stepping inside that place again.
PS: this isn’t the first time I ever had Popeyes that looked like this. I thought that this was normal until I got help that this was just raw and not cooked at all. What are y’all doing back there?

Place looks trashy holes in walls, bloodstains on wall in bathroom exa, a bit limited on soda options they might wanna work on that. but there food is 10 of 10 good service clean tables.

After ordering a meal through the app. They wanted to charge $1.50 for a courtesy cup of ice water. The manager Orlando says that’s what they charge. I told them this was the first time we’ve ever been charged at any Popeyes for a courtesy cup of water. This is outrageous! The food was cold and the breast was dry like it had been sitting for a long time.

3.89 for a lemonade, half of the cup was ice. So I asked for a refill and the manager who has no skills dealing with the public said no. I asked to speak to his boss and his boss was worse. I will not be coming back to this Popeyes. Terrible service, the worst of the worst.

This location is the worst I place an order and they forget my Mac and cheese when I go back and let them know they were extremely disrespectful and gave an attitude then shoved the bag back in my face after giving me the Mac and cheese. When I get home I realize instead of a six piece they gave me a 3 piece.

Clean and neat….the bathroom needs to be renovated and attended to. I bought $12 worth of chicken with nothing to drink. I wanted a courtesy cup of water and they was going to charge me $1.50 for an 8 of cup…nope! I’m good! I’ll go in my trunk and grab a hot 16 oz Poland spring!

Just got home from ordering at the drive thru and i take a bite out of my sandwich and see PINK meat. then i open my sandwich to see this?? the sandwich was cold, i usually get these every now and then but i will not be getting this again nor will i be coming back. it’s either an issue with the customer service or a backed up drive thru line, when you finally get to the speaker they tell you to hold on.. no wonder.
