I had a great experience at Popeyes. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, especially the chicken, which is consistently crispy and delicious. I was very happy with the managers response to the icky customer service I got from Elio. I had to come back in because the food was not hot it was cold. The manager came in and was handling it and then I asked for Elio’s name and the manager’s name. Elio asked me why.. I said because I asked for it and you’re supposed to have a badge on. He called the manager over.. the manager gave his name but I forgot it. It is Tuesday January 132026 at around 3:05 pm ish.
I tried to explain to him that initially I was thinking of giving them a five-star review but because of his bratface attitude he earned you this one star review. I told the manager to please educate Elio to understanding that if you don’t have customers you don’t have a job. You might want to put him in the back somewhere so he won’t be running away your customers.

Great experience at Popeyes. The service was good and everything went smoothly. I loved the wings they were crispy and full of flavor. The pies were delicious too. Everything was well prepared. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This location is very quick with service, but today everyone at the restaurant was so rude. They did not say a single word to me, and when I tried picking up my mobile order they made me show confirmation with my name on it. I showed them my email confirmation but Popeyes doesn’t show the name, only the email, but that wasn’t enough for them. There was a really young lady and a really young man who really made it seem like picking up my order was the biggest inconvenience to them. That also forgot my drink, and when I went back in to get it the young man looked at the lady and starting laughing together.

I was on my way home from a long day of work and I was craving some Popeyes fries. However; I opted to get the combo. (Mistake). I ordered a sprite with my SPICY chicken sandwich. They basically took 2 seconds, so it was quick, but the food was terrible quality. My drink; was not a sprite, it was a lukewarm iced tea. My sandwich, was a regular chicken sandwich, not spicy. My fries, tasted reheated. Very disappointed. Waste of 10 dollars. Cried on my way home. 0/10.

Had to repeat my order multiple times, it could have been a connection issue but i digress.
At the window one employee took my card and another handed my food and not one word was spoken to me. Although, I myself rendered a proper greeting.
The chicken tenders were cold and the bacon in my sandwich was so hard I thought bit into a bone. Thankfully, that was the only piece of bacon in my bacon and cheese sandwich, which didn’t have cheese. Horrible, horrible experience from top to bottom. Absolutely shameful.

This is one of the worst Popeyes I have been to, cashiers always talking to each other or on their phone, rude or not paying attention, the store manager is very rude and doesn’t seem like she knows how to control the entire store. The food is also bad it’s old most of the time. I came here 2 times ever since that I never went back. I always miss stuff, this store needs whole different people working here , you can tell the wokers and managers dont like their job, I will be contacting corporate because this is very unprofessional

The chicken is always top notch! My only thing I would say on the negative is I always end up getting so much more breading than chicken when I get tenders! Or mini tenders! I pay my hard earned money to get a quarter of a tender counted as one of my 5 peice! I don’t feel that’s what I should pay full price for but what can u do? It’s either eat here or don’t! It’s not just this branch its all of them. I waited about 20 mins to get my food as well.
