I am a regular at this Rockin Crab location. I have to say I will not be going back.
I got a meal on Monday, spent $119 over food that was clearly left overs reheats. The corn was tasteless and bland, the eggs were clearly not fresh, the shrimp was tasteless as well. The rue broth that the seafood bags usually come in look like waters down broth. It did not even stick to the food. The fried fish batter taste old. The only thing that was good was the sweet ice tea and the sweet potato fries. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Be consistent on how you serve our community do not short change us and keep the price point the same.

Our seafood boils were so flavorful and fresh. More than the food, the service was awesome. Sky was so attentive, knowledgeable, and a full vibe. I know that there was way more customers than servers as he was the only server we noticed while we were there. He was still accurate, helpful, AND quick. 5 stars is not enough.

Service is pretty quick. Food was good as well as the drinks. There’s a DJ and it’s a club vibe but not. First time there and I truly enjoyed myself. Will go back again. It’s a little pricey though.

the manager mercedes here is useless. i found a piece of hair in a piece of food from a seafood boil bag and they offered 15% off. being that my entire meal was contaminated i told them i’d pay for everything but the boil and the useless manager proceeded to try and intimidate me with “officer” stapleton. when leaving i asked for both the general & district managers contact info to take this higher than the top flight security of the world and they couldn’t seem to get me anybody’s info. mercedes seemed to enjoy escalating the situation after offering very little solution. the hair was so thin i’m sure i could have easily looked past it if it werent on a scallop. don’t go here. as many times as i’ve ate here i might have a nice length wig in my stomach.

This was my first time here. To start with the young lady seated us never spoke a word to us as we ca.e in she simply got the menus and oozed at us and walk to seating over said your server will be with you shortly or anything
But our server was great and attentive. As I observed the overall atmosphere was great! I would say it was calm so I don’t know if it is always like that or because it was a Wednesday night. The food overall was great you really get your money’s worth, though I couldn’t give a 5 stars because because the fried. Rice was a little mushy and wet but everything else was amazing and satisfying. The drinks we ordered we great. Never had a Bob Marley but the young lady bartender showed up and showed out. The overall experience makes me want to come back

Had a good time here with my date. The food and service were beyond decent. The drinks weren’t watered down either. They played music but it wasn’t overbearing. We could conversate without having to raise our voices. I’d definitely recommend this place for a seafood datenight.
