Dining solo and had to wait for a seat which is good. I had looked up my order on-line so less wait for others still sitting and waiting. Two attempts to get my meal correct waitress brought out two different waffle orders so finally when got the waffles I refused and they gave a 10% discount on my meal. Haha $3 discount.

I came in with a friend for diner. Our server was a younger man that for some reason had a hard time making eye contact with me, taking my dirty plates, or adequately serving me. Every time he came to the table he would make eye contact with my male friend. He would ask him if WE needed anything. He even tried to take MY order from my friend lol I don’t know if it was a culture thing but he was very disrespectful. The food was better this time. I understand why the restaurant was empty. The entire dining room had a putrid sour smell to it and my friend said the men’s restroom was disgusting. Filth and bad service will ruin a good meal.

We came in for breakfast this morning. My order was a little strange but our waitress made it happen. I ordered strawberry crepes, egg omh, sausage and hash browns with sauteed mushrooms and onions topped with cheese.
There were huge pieces of onion with the skin still attached.
The crepe was burnt. The hash browns were hard and burnt. $15 for a plate of disappointment. I understand you guys are busy. But this was terrible. Stop rushing and put some love in your food.

In all honestly the manager Abe was very polite and was willing to help in anyway to make things right when my order was subpar. He definitely understood my concerns and went above and beyond! I’d have no problem eating there again especially if he’s around.

I haven’t eaten at this IHOP since I lived in Roswell 11 years ago until now. The food was quite good then & it was always packed. Not so this time. The food was adequate, but that’s about the best I can do. The restrooms were a wreck, needed cleaning & repairs. The atmosphere has not changed since it was built. Service, excellent. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. There are better breakfast restaurants in Roswell.

This is the second time I come in. The place NEEDS a thorough cleaning. Food was ok, but hard to get passed the uncleanliness. I like the cinnamon bun breakfast and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but noticed that they don’t clean windows. Floor needs a desperate washing. Coffee carafe is dirty so only makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Won’t be stopping again just too DIRTY.

Whoever was in the kitchen around 7 pm today is absolutely DISGUSTING. We had ordered 2 appetizers- buffalo wings and zesty nachos. We got old wings that had old buffalo sauce soaked into them with newer buffalo sauce splashed over them as if they had been sitting there for a while, they were also served with marinara sauce instead of ranch. The nachos tasted sweet like they had made their own sauce, the chips were stale and none of the veggies that were on them in the menu were on our plate we received. Even worse was we complained and the staff took off to grab our tickets without a word.We cancelled the main dishes we had ordered before they even came out and they still tried to charge us for the food we complained on and didn’t eat. But thanks to the server for taking that “food” off the bill for us. Nobody should ever have to pay for this trash.

First let me say I have only ever had 1 other rude waitress at any IHOP I have ever visited. The food is usually pretty good never bad. Also would like to mention I only left 3 stars because the other part of my breakfast was good and everybody else also enjoyed their food. I want to mention I never, never, never leave a bad review only good ones, but… last night we had the worst service. We sat down the waitress was semi polite although she was complaining about her day. Ok, not too bad, right? We ordered and asked for crepes but did not want the Cinnabon stuff on top we would like fruit. We asked her several times if they were the rolled stuffed ones and she said yes, and knew what we were talking about. When they came they weren’t stuffed. No biggie, right? Just send them back and have it fixed. She huffed and sighed very annoyed, didn’t bring anymore cream for my husband’s coffee until we were paying, never filled up our granddaughters kiddie sprite, we couldn’t get her attention, she slammed our plates down when she brought back our supposed fixed food that was not even cooked all the way through it was very doughy. I could hear her complaining to a couple that she was sorry for not getting back to their table she was swamped with 3 tables and she was by herself. The whole time we were there she stayed behind the counter. She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and if I had to ask her for anything she acted like it was a big inposition. That made our dining experience very uncomfortable for us, my son, and grandaughter.

Love French toast!! The sauce wasn’t the right flavor combo with the banana and strawberry, not sure just too artificial sweet? The hash browns were very good, and I don’t like hash browns. Over all great job today!
