Popped in for quick drink after a show. Bar tender was awesome!
French fries were crazy salty.
The boneless chicken was not goodm super dry and all the breading just fell off when you cut it.

First rate! Large selection of upscale pub food. The Jamaican jerk chicken nachos were outstanding. I’ve had jerk chicken in Jamacia and this is better! The spicy pimento grilled chrese is fantastic too.Large wraparound bar. Nice selection of draft beers and ciders. Extremely well stocked bar. Friendly staff. Great service.

Claire, pictured above, refused to serve me a drink after a wedding. I was the only black person in the bar at 9:10 pm. I do not believe this to be a coincidence. I went to college here about a decade ago and experienced something similar. The entire wedding party that was there was on my tab (I’m training for an Ironman so I’m drinking a very small amount) and she served them no problem however I was cut off. When I called her out, she ignored me and kept serving the rest of the guest (not realizing my tab was the one everyone was on). Another bartender served me no problem but Claire said I was slurring my words. After I pointed out the hypocrisy, my drinks magically appeared. A white friend of mine ordered the same drink at the same time (on my tab and I actually ordered it) and “his” came out before mine which led me to questioning why after ten minutes passed. She refused to serve me and other bartenders said they would serve me but I only ordered waters to make a point. Another bartender said drinking waters actually doesn’t make you less drunk in order to defend Claire (who’s pictured). I’m half white and half black, and have no political affiliations. I was wearing a suit (shirt tucked in and tie in my jacket pocket). It was clear to me that she was jumping the gun, claiming I was slurring my words, however nobody at the bar was held to the same standard (I have never been cut off before while drinking significantly more). I grew up in SC and knew this existed, but I’ve been in ATL for so long I forgot just how bad it is.
I will be contacting local news and authorities, but I want people to know the situation. If I’m complaining, I can promise you it’s worse than you think.
Once she realized I was documenting the situation, she hid in the kitchen and refused to let my group back into the bar.

My friend and I went for lunch during the week. The food was really good. Not only was the food good but the presentation was nice as well. I got the Shrimp Po Boy and sweet potato fries which was absolutely delicious and the portion was really good. My friend got one of the tacos but I can’t remember which one. She said it was absolutely delicious.

I don’t always walk into a place where everyone feels like a regular… but when I do…
it’s Main Street Pub, standing comfortably between nostalgia and tonight’s first round.
The door opens and the mood sets immediately—low lights, easy laughter, the soft percussion of glasses meeting wood. The bar has stories in it. The booths have heard confessions. A TV murmurs a game you didn’t plan to watch but suddenly care about. Someone slides you a menu like they already know you’re staying awhile.
Main Street Pub doesn’t rush you. It understands pacing—of drinks, of conversations, of nights that turn meaningful without warning. The food shows up honest and warm, the kind that pairs perfectly with “one more story” and a drink you didn’t plan on ordering but absolutely needed. This place isn’t trendy; it’s trusted.
One-liner: Main Street Pub is where evenings stop pretending and start being real.
And somewhere between the second sip and the first laugh you didn’t see coming, the insight settles in: the best places aren’t about what’s on the wall—they’re about who stays. Comfort isn’t flashy. It’s familiar, welcoming, and just a little bit earned.
Stay neighborly, my friends.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, large beer selection & delicious food! My husband and I came here after a long day of driving. The birria tacos & Italian job sub with a couple draft beers brought us back to life. We were able to get a good seat at the bar to watch Sunday Night Football. Everything on the menu looked like something I’d like to eat.

Quick bite and drink was the mission and a mighty accomplishment made. Food waa hot and delicious, and “yo” (inside joke) beer was cold, my shirley came dirty! Had the new to the menu mozzarella sticks, wasn’t anything stick about these logs! Delicious! Had the Street Nachos, these were good but next time I’m leaving the pineapples to the pizza! Yes I said it pineapple belong on pizza too! Equality baby equality!

Have been twice and can’t wait to go back again, and again!! Drinks are good, food is great, and the atmosphere is laid back. If you like corn beef, do yourself a favor and get down here and try some
Their boneless wings should be titled something different as they are beautiful, juicy chunks of chicken full of flavor. The pork rinds are fresh and cracklin’ when they come out.
Can’t wait to try more from the menu.
06/2024: First time since the remodel, and it is absolutely breathtaking in there!! Food was top notch, as per usual. It’s always fresh and elevated. Atmosphere is chill. Always a good time at Main St.!!

First time in and it was excellent! Claire was a great waitress, very kind and honest! We asked for her opinion and she gave it. I was set on trying the Cheesesteak wrap, but questioned my choice when she said the Calabash Shrimp was yummy. I will try the shrimp next time!! My only complaint, coming from a life without mayonnaise before moving to the South, the mayo flavor was overpowering in the wrap and the ranch dressing (which tasted homemade) but it was still good. We will definitely come back for our “parents night out” as I do not see this being somewhere that I’d sit with kids, even if they’re 11 & 15.
Also, definitely give the Lychee Martini a try! It was different but good different.
Cheers!
