I ordered a Classic Luxe box and Catina Chicken Crispy taco.
As for the Catina chicken crispy taco, I don’t need to say much; the picture will show you everything you need to know when I first opened it. With the Classic Luxe Box I upsized to a Larges Starry drink. I was craving this drink so bad and when my order finally got delivered to me, this drink tasted like I don’t even know because even water tastes better than it. It didn’t taste like starry at all. It was so disgusting. If I could give this zero stars I would. I called and called and called the branch that I ordered this from and couldn’t get through to them because I wanted to tell them that they should check their machine just in case someone else orders this story and it tastes like it. Because this is ridiculous. I will keep calling them to tell them until someone picks up.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this location. Tonight I placed an order, went up there only to see the lobby was closed. I had to wait over 40 min in the drive through for my order I placed on the app. I finally get to the window and my order wasn’t ready yet, after 40 minutes it’s not ready??? Genuinely seems like they just let people sit in the drive thru in hopes of them leaving because the first 20 min I didn’t move an inch. If it wasn’t for me already paying for my food I would have just left. I had to sit there an additional 5 min to wait for my very simple order. Open my bag just to see it was very poorly put together. My large nacho fry was less than half full, my tacos might as well have been empty. It’s just ridiculous. The workers were rude and not willing to help the customers. Don’t even waste your time and money on this location save yourself the hassle and go to the N Monroe location.

Literally the best taco bell in America. i have never been disappointed by this taco bell and I am a frequent consumer. I LOVE taco bell sauce thank you so much for doing me right. So professional, the line moves so fast. Chick-fil-a level efficiency!!!

I was hungry and wasnt sure what i wanted. The man at the drive thru gave me some great suggestions to help speed me along. I’m so glad that i took his advice. The box that i got was delicious and almost like a street taco.

Honestly if you’re coming after 1-2am they’re doing the best they can. Waited about an hour for my pick up order but they were sooooo slammed. Drive thru recommended for faster service vs pick up but hey. They were nice and again doing the best they can with understaffed and the # of orders. Thank youuuuuuu

My order was messed up twice and I had to circle back each time. Then the manager. First time they gave me beef on my vegetarian nachos. Then forgot my extra cheese. This normally wouldn’t warrant a bad review from me, things happen and place was busy. However, what I am not okay with is a 50+ year old manager screaming at a bunch of young working people. If this manager is reading this please choose kindness and treat your employees with dignity and respect. They’re young, they will mess up, and this bad review is not because of them, it’s because I will not tolerate this abhorrent treatment of young people working at 3am.

Especially That is the late night go to because it close late I wanted some Taco Bell I love it it’s my favorite restaurant I got a loaded nachos that I know was most definitely dug through and played with I asked for no beans no guac it taste like they just dig the beans out and added cheese I also got a soft shell taco it wasn’t up to park at all them even have the items I wanted on there that’s crazy bad business Tallahassee and also the manager Shina p didn’t have a. Good attitude at all rushing me at microphone snatching my card and everything not a good luck

Horrible location. Lack of management and always uner staffed. Usually 2 people not working as hard looking n moving slow. They treat uber drivers like crap. I sat in line for 2 hours just to be kicked out of the lobby.

The food was ok what can I say it’s taco bell it will mess your stomach up. Other than that the staff is lazy and have really bad attitudes their boss needs to shake the tree and get rid of the bad apples just saying.
