The exterior double yellow arch draws my attention. This McDonald’s is extremely clean and tidy. The staff is nice and very efficient to take orders and give the change. The new McRib is very delicious and the price will not break your wallet. They decorated the whole restaurant full of Christmas stuff to fill the atmosphere warm and fun.

It’s just a little irritating that it’s considered fast food yet it could take 15 or 20 minutes for you to get in order sometimes she makes it a little ridiculous to me I can do it sit down and order a real burger for 10-15 more minutes.. so I would not consider this fast food.. depending on where you go and what time.. plus snack wraps are awful now and skiiiiimpy

This is my first time complaining about McDonald’s. The management at this store is chaotic. A bunch of staff in the kitchen seemed to be doing nothing. I ordered a simple breakfast burger, and even though there weren’t many customers, I waited for over half an hour! They forgot my order, and I only started making it again after I went to the counter and told the manager. And there was no apology, just a bunch of excuses.

They could’ve just told me they were out of egg than giving me this… this isn’t the correct portion. I’ve ordered this for my daughter regularly. They also forgot my $7 steak and egg sandwich.
Edit: I went back through to have it corrected and they took the food, put a crumb more of egg in the one and handed it back. They remade the steak sandwich but told me it was crossed off my order but on my end I was charged. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s before. I paid quite a bit for all this. $30 for this… I’m going to be calling someone about this for sure.

Came to order food when the drive through line was to the street. Decided to go inside when I was completely ignored and skipped over. When I finally got to order and got my food, it was absolutely ice cold like it has been sitting on the counter for a while. First time at this location, definitely the last.

I ordered a 4 piece nuggets and this what I got! The little sized nuggets were hard as a rock. The fries were cold and had been sitting. I was in busy traffic and not turning around to go back. Do better McDonalds…. Someone put those hard crunchy nugget pieces in the box and did not care. My grand daughter could not eat them.

This is the best McDonald’s in Buffalo. If I’m by this McDonald’s I’m always stopping for a Mcdouble with mac sauce. Staff is always nice, quick and friendly. 10/10
