The atmosphere and service were great! It qas a fun experience. Qe just order the Dim Sum experience for 2 amd sooo much food was brought out! Things I have tried before and things I haven’t! The food quality was not quite the best but still delicious! Then when receiving our check we got a scoop of ice cream, fortune cookies, and Madeline cookies. And then a bag of corn nuts after we paid! Highly recommend!

The best green onion pancake I’ve had in SF!!! Look at these golden and crispy layers!
The interior was very on the point. The waiter and waitress were efficient and looked mildly irritated as expected at any worthy-going restaurants in Chinatown.

We were walking in Chinatown, approached by a lady in yellow raincoat, handing out free Greentea Ice-cream Coupon with meal, so we went. Ordered Mongolian Beef 28.00, Fried Rice 19.50, Can of Diet Coke 4.95, Tea 4.95 and an appetizer of Spring Rolls 15.00. We split one entrée, but everything is al-l’cart, our meal was 85.00 tip for two was already included, but they charged you for the tip. Food wasn’t good, it was frozen, like stouffers meals, I won’t recommend any dish, because the Can D-Coke and Ice Tea was the only thing that was fresh. Go to New York’s Chinatown and eat real Chinese food. This place was a lesson of what not to do in San Francisco. Very disappointed and Food made me sick, but not for long. Sorry for posting a negative review, but if it saves anyone from getting taken, then it’s worth me sharing. Member the Coupon person handing out free green tea ice-cream with meal, don’t go.

But across the street from there, there was a restaurant with 30-40 guest in line in the rain the get lunch, should have gone there, and they were 60% less in pricing.
Choose wisely.

We initially planned to dine at another restaurant, but it was unfortunately closed down. So, we decided to give this place a chance after finding a flyer for it. Honestly, the best places are often hidden gems. A kind gentleman escorted us up the steps to the restaurant, and the staff was both courteous and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! We treated it like a family-style dining experience. They even gave us free potstickers and green tea ice cream. At the end, they also presented us with these delightful sesame seed dough treats. I’m not sure what they’re called, but they were soft and had a delicious filling.
The restaurant also had a table full of small trinkets as a gift for customers (one or two items). These included hair ties, toy cars, candies, coffee chocolates, and mini games. Overall, the entire experience was truly amazing. Full of delightful surprises, I will definitely be adding this restaurant to my list of places to revisit for more delicious meals.

I was walking down the street looking for a restaurant when none other than Miss Gloria herself came right out and hailed me from across the street. She was immediately friendly and welcoming. I asked if the outdoor seating was open, on the second floor. She led me inside, all the way upstairs and right to a table.

She is absolutely awesome and i love her! She has the best personality and was very hospitable.

I was visiting SF from Cleveland, Ohio and this was my first trip to China Town.

I loved the view from the second floor. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the seafood fried rice and tried the curry chicken skewers. The service was great. Even as i sit down they gave me a plate with some dumplings. Afterwards they serve ice cream and some other little pastries. I even got a swag bag of candy at the end!

Would very much recommend this to anyone in the area. Not just for Miss Gloria, but the food as well. Definitely 5/5 across the board.

Cut to the chase, food was miiiid. Flavorless and felt bad after spending nearly 100 dollars on it too for 2 samplers for me and my gf (tip and drinks included) All food we’ll try* to finish.

Went during festival time, at least the balcony view was nice.

The experience was ok, wish it was literally any other food place in this specific location though…

Welcome to the birth place of Chinese food as we know it in the United States!

This is an authentic experience, with quality ingredients, generous portions, and friendly service. Our Dim Sum for 2 was under $100 (with automatic tip + rice wine + complimentary green tea ice cream). This is a local favorite for a reason

Tourists – if this seems steep, welcome to California. We care about our amazing service workers and we want them properly compensated for the love they put into the fresh cuisine they share with us the price reflects.

Happy Lunar New Year to all who celebrate

Took my family of 5 in there. I was too waved in by a nice man that did give us a coupon as well. I ordered way to much food. They give you huge portions. Everything was so delicious, the walnut prawns were my favorite!! They also gave us lots of free items, free appetizers, free desserts, and a free gift bag with lots of goodies!!! The waiter was so sweet, Thank you so much for such great customer service. We will be back!!

A little place amongst many options of chinese restaurants. However, the staff was very kind and inviting. It is a bit of a walk going upstairs. This restaurant has historical presence and the portraits of the people are very important to commentate. They provided wipes right away, little appetizers, and fast and delicious food. Dessert, was great as well.

Gloria is a wonderful person. She saw us on the street and convinced my friend and I to try the restaurant since it was our first time in the area. The food was delicious.
