I really, really, really want to give a 5 star review. It’s but every time I go there. And I mean, every time my fries are always cold or old. So I hate being rude, but I ask them to. Please give me fresh fries. Well, lately, when I’ve been doing that, I always wonder, are they doing stuff to my fries? Because I asked them to do that. And it worries me a little bit. Though I still ask and what I feel like they’ve done is they’ve taken my old fries, and put the back in the oil to heat up for a minute. And then give him to me. So now they’re old and hot and more still, because they’ve been cooked twice. And it gets kind of annoying. I just want them to start making fresh fries. Who wants old fries? Come on? They need to make that a policy. If the fries have been in there for more than 4 minutes or something to throw him away. And make new fries. I know they lose a little bit of money. But for real, their prices are getting expensive. Anyways, and I used to spend a few dollars and be full there. Now, I’m a lot more than that. Their prices are definitely going up. And up-and-up, I mean, my daughter got a hamburger, the other day, and I was like $,9 for it. Come on, a five dollar hamburger used to be humongo. So I wasn’t too thrilled about that. It used to be my go to place for a quick cheap meal. But now it’s just as expensive as everywhere else. So I might as well go other places. One time I took my family there. And we all got a meal. And I was like, almost seventy dollars for 6 people. I can go to Texas Roadhouse and get good meals. And be like 80 or $90. So for another $20, I could get excellent food. So they really need to consider having. I’m better deals on their cheap nuggets and fries, and especially like their little, tiny hamburgers, shall only be a dollar or two at most !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do have to say they’re chili is very good. I’ve been very happy with that lately. We try a lot of different things on their menu. If anyone upper management reads this, they really need to consider having their cheaper items cheaper to get people to come in more, we definitely have stopped going there.As much just because it’s so expensive.And I can go other places for the same price

Worst place I’ve been to in awhile. Fries were cold so I asked for fresh fries, I had to wait. The. The guy put 9 cold packs of ketchup on top of fries. Got home to eat chili and the lid came off. Not secured at all. Chilli tasted like soap. Lousy service and attitude. I DEFINITELY won’t be back to this place

We ordered the chicken wrap and asiago chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle. The wrap had like 3 tiny pieces of chicken in it essentially making it lettuce and cheese in a tortilla. The fries were old and cold. The lady working the window was very rude and when we asked for ranch said no and just shut the window. We tried to call the store x3 about the chicken not being done and nobody would answer. We weren’t able to take the sandwich back as we were on our way to an appointment. By far the all around worst Wendy’s experience. We will not be returning to this store.

I just want to say this Wendy’s is truly one of the best I’ve been to! Seems it’s always fresh. The last 5 yes or more Wendy’s has gone to poo! Thanks for being the best and next to my work. The one by my house almost made me never go to another one. Please let your works know I appreciate there hard work! I miss Dave!

I generally enjoy food from Wendy’s restaurants, but I am very disappointed with this location. I have visited twice and both times were not good experiences. The first time a few weeks ago I ate at the restaurant and the food was ok but the restaurant was very dirty.

The soda was not what I ordered. I said no ice, drinks had ice. I got home and was missing the Jr bacon burger . The large order on fries were 1/2 full. Asked for plain spicy chicken and it was dripping in rather oil or water???? Try to make a phone call to talk to someone, I only got a message that they were busy and they never answers.

Below, is supposed to be a baconator and an Asiago chicken sandwich. Looks nothing at all like their website picture’s and the meat tasted spicy, and the chicken was spicy , and that’s not what I ordered . You can see how sloppy the sandwichs were made .

I have to say that I am always disappointed when I come to this location. Every once in a while we take a chance to see if they might be doing better. It’s always a no. We ordered dinner here last night, our fries were so soggy and under cooked I was surprised that even this location would serve it. All our chicken was old and dry. Maybe some day they’ll get some night workers who actually care about what they serve. Who knows?

Ordered a Dave’s single with cheese no mayonnaise. Got a Dave’s single with cheese and mayonnaise but no lettuce, tomato, or onion.
There were two squares. One looked like cheese the other was a clearish square that stretched like cheese. I did not risk eating any of this.
I ordered this on the app and picked up through the drive through. The bag was sealed with a sticker that made it so I could not check my order without holding up the traffic behind me.
Wasted my lunch break for this.
After a few months break I decided to try again. Ordered the 2 for 7 with a Dave’s single and a chicken sandwich. Received two Dave’s singles and no chicken sandwich. I’m done trying with this store.
