Do not eat at this place on Long Beach and Rosecrans Ave. Store #110049. They are very unsanitary I watched cook handle the equipment move a ladder and then go back to touching the food with the same gloves on, when I asked to change he yelled why and argued with me ♂️I asked the manager if they safety procedures she looked me in my face and said, “we do, but no one never said anything.” I try not to be that one, but I had too. I looked at all of and showed them my chef picture. And said there are rules in the food service industry. You get some one or even killed. Got my money back and left. I’m glad I didn’t go through the drive thru.

The employees here are committed to providing fresh food with great customer service. I recently visited this location twice, once in person and another in the drive through and both times I was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s courteous nature. Both times my food was made fresh to order, without asking, I might add. Great staff, fresh food!

Carl’s Jr. is decent. The food is ok as well as the staff. They should improve on delivering the food on time. I remembered I had to wait 10 whole minutes for my food even though there was no one inside the place. If all other fast food joints are packed and full, I usually come here. This place is meh.

Watch out with this place. They charged me $6 just to upsize my combo to a large. AND they charged me extra for a breakfast combo and said that it was because it’s lunch time now. They must think i just started going through the drive thru. Basically, they lied to my face and stole my money

Never really had a problem what does place. Services pretty good only problem is when you try to redeem the stars that you’ve accumulated sometimes they give you a hard time they make it so you can’t do it on the app and you have to go through a little bit of trouble to get the QR code to be able to redeem certain items
