My go-to spot for fast food that gets messed up. It’s really weird because sometimes I come here and they kill it, but other times I order a single item with “no cheese” and it comes loaded with cheese…cool, I wasted my money. Always a gamble, if you have any food allergies I don’t recommend, half the staff don’t even know what fresco style is.

Took my son in for a birthday lunch for our reunion after 20 years. For what could have been a really good moment was almost shattered and minimized to a mere terrible experience at Taco Bell. They couldn’t take our orders in person and win the machine messed up our orders they made it feel like it was our fault or my son’s. And after this experience he said he would never go to Taco Bell again and for this I completely agree with him. Belleview do better!

I had kind of a mixed experience here. The supervisor who helped me while ordering was great…she was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. My order came out pretty quickly and I double‑checked the bags, everything was there.
When I asked for a drink carrier, though, one of the employees made a comment to another staff member calling me an “idiot” because I used hand motions while talking. She did get me the carrier, but the remark was unnecessary and left a bad impression.
Later at home, my family and I opened the cinnamon twists and they were completely plain. No cinnamon or sugar at all. Just white twists, which tasted bland and clearly weren’t made right.
Update: After reading through the mixed reviews, it seems this place is hit or miss. Good luck.

Drive-thru was friendly. Food was not delivered in a timely manner. As I started to eat my food I noticed brown long straight hair inside my son’s taco. No one wanted to eat anything after that. I proceeded to call this establishment to inform them about the mishap. In turn the manager who answered the call the young lady seemed frustrated that I was suggesting they wear hair nets. She bantered me that they all wear hair nets and can’t clock in without one but I remember the lady in drive thru didn’t have one on. I really don’t care at this point I just wanted to post this so other people will be aware of what people will do and not care about this is strictly FYI.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every time I have ordered from the one in Bellevue they never get it correct. This time around they have toped the charts by not only getting the order incorrect but also destroyed the food and was rude in doing so. I wanted a refund or to talk to a manager but they don’t answer there phone. Within all this they also never gave me a receipt to file a complaint. It would be in Taco Bells best interest as a business to fire the entire crew as this problem seems to be consistent and the management is incapable of training there employees on the basics of placing food items in a paper bag.

Wish I read the plethora of reviews relating to the night shifts food quality before coming. Sprite and lemonade both tasted horrible completely watered down. Both of the new cantina tacos has absolutely no meat complete waste of money what a sad taco bell.
