I went in to use my coupon they gave out for Veterans Day. That was very thoughtful of them to give out a coupon to redeem at a later time. I went in the drive thru and the cashier was very friendly. She suggested a new burger and of course it was GREAT!! I usually get the cheese curds, that’s my go to snack here.

Was there last week, omso this is over due. But quick, efficient and great service. Got the PRIME RIB STEAK BURGER combo…OMG it was sooo good! It honestly tasted like a cheesesteak from home, just on a burger bun. Food ALWAYS on point when we visit here, though.

I’m giving one because I was there yesterday 6/9/25 and I was having a pretty bad day so I went to get some food and ice cream. I went through the drive through. The customer service was good but I ordered a Patty Melt meal, and then I ordered a mini vanilla concrete with m&ms. It said it only came with 1 topping so I asked how much to add caramel. The lady said it’s $1 extra so I said ok. So it should have been a mini M&M concrete with caramel. I got my food, grabbed the ice cream and then drove home. When I got all the way home, after eating I went to eat my ice cream and it was a whole peanut butter shake. I was so upset! That’s not even close to m&m/caramel. It looked a bit yellow to be but I thought it was just because it was all mixed up with caramel. But thank God I’m not allergic to peanuts because that would have been all bad. Employees just Need to pay closer attention to detail please!!! Especially if a customer is paying extra for something and doesn’t even receive it.

4 time at different fast foods didn’t get full order.
First time ever didn’t finish food.
I called manager she did take care of it. She was very polite.

Not too shabby! Fast food, but better food. The California burger (added pickle) had great flavor. I wish the fries were a little crispier but they had nice seasoning. Thankful for a good burger place close to home.

We love us some Freddy’s! Thin crisp shoe string fries with Freddy’s spice, is going to satisfy your fry crave! The steak burger that is larger than the bun is great! The custard is yummy, especially the cookie custard sandwich!
