We got our food via the drive-thru. The attendant was friendly and professional and got our order correctly. We received our food expediently and the food was hot and fresh. Our overall experience was positive.

Traveling from out of town entered and nobody was at register when we arrived but everyone looked to be working in the back. Attempted to use kiosk and it was fine. Only one person was eating in the restaurant. Staff in the back were working hard to get drive thru orders done. Ordered one happy meal and two chicken wraps and waited a while to get it. As we were waiting an employee came in with someone else, heard her mention she needed to clock in. Then Luis (I think that was the name I heard other staff call him by) brought us our food and asked if we needed anything else. He was super friendly and professional. Went up to the counter for a refill the girl was still at register joking with same guy and on her phone while I waited to get someone’s attention for more drink and she walked right past me talked to a lady at the back and came back to the front. I had to walk halfway around the corner to get someone’s attention. Again Luis I assume he is a food runner for drive thru helped me and made a fresh drink. The girl continued to talk to same person while others were working. Food was great but service was disappointing for front end.

I have to say this was a very pleasant stop on the way back from Wilmington. The service was prompt, the food well prepared with an appearance that matched the photos, and the restaurant was clean. I especially thought there were nice touches to the interior decor. The lights were modern and clean, there were real wood benches with comfortable upholstery, and wood designs on the walls that pulled everything together. It wasn’t the exact image of all other McDonalds, and I appreciated that. I thought their “Outstanding Restaurant” certificate proudly displayed behind the counter was well deserved. Great Job!

I am usually very pleased with the food at this location. I ordered a simple Quarterpounder with cheese and fries. At 3:00 pm on a Monday.The sandwich was awful. The meat was dry,cold and the bottom bun was hard,like it was sitting on the warmer for over 30 minutes. You should record the time the sandwiches are made and not serve food that should be thrown away. Please do better.

They need to figure out if breakfast ends at 1030 or 11 o’clock. Not to mention people waiting at the second drive thru speaker for 2 or 3 mins b4 saying anything. Then 80 percent of the time u have to pull around the building to wait for your food. Which is expected but not every time u pull up to get food. Easily one of worst mcdonalds iv ever been to hands down

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We stopped in hoping to get a quick bite to eat before we took off on an 8 hour road trip. Took 45 minutes to get our food. We couldn’t get the attention of anyone working there, as they were all hidden in the back. After we got our food, had to wait 5 more minutes for a worker to find straws and ketchup, that they left out of our bag. The ordering system here is so terrible. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. And the food was cold and bad. We ended up stopping another hour down the road because we were still hungry 🙁 shame. McDonald’s used to be a staple of well priced food, decent customer experience, and the hallmark of quick dining in America.

I went to this mcdonalds and i seen two employees playing around outside in the back parking lot in the rain. One looked like she was higher up she looked more composed to the other workers and the other one was tall. They had on dark jackets and someone could have hit them and thats very dangerous but other than that the service was incredible.

Stopping by just to sing McDonalds praises!
Yesterday me and my husband were out so I used some points that I had to get a frappe, we sat there for about fifteen minutes before someone came out and let us know the machine had stopped working and they were trying to fix it and they did ask if I would like anything else, I told them no and it was okay. Last night I reached out to McDonalds Customer Care trying to figure out how to at least get my points back that I had lost from redeeming the Frappe. Needless to say I ended up with an email from one of the managers at RP McDonalds themselves saying they had tried to call me, I did not receive one but my phone has been acting wonky so I believe that’s why, but she wanted to email and let me know again that it had messed up and they tried every which way to fix it before having to come out and let us know it wasn’t working and their technician had to come out, she apologized and let me know I was more than welcome to come back and get it now that the machine was up and working. It was of no fault to anybody but she took time out to actually try to personally call me and then email me to let me know, I don’t know about anyone else but I have never had any food place, especially a McDonalds take the time to do that and I am blown away by the customer service.
We live in Hampstead off of 210 and frequently make the 13 minute drive specifically to RP McDonalds instead of the 6 minutes to the one in Hampstead just because their food has always been better, almost always fresh and their workers have always been so nice, it’s really one of the better ones that we’ve gone to, this situation right here really proves my point, at least for us anyways.

I could give zero stars I would. It took 17 minutes just for an egg McMuffin and a hash brown. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that hashbrowns take two minutes. I said well that’s great cause I’ve been here for more than 15 minutes. No sorry no explanation other than it takes two minutes. The staff was rude. She rolled her eyes at me and just turned around and walked away like that I wasn’t a patron buying product in your store. I have never had one good experience with the Rocky point McDonald’s. Terrible terrible terrible service. If you can help it don’t go here. You will just be disappointed and leave frustrated.

I ordered using the app. I walked in and the worker said they just reset their computers and it would take about 10 minutes. I asked if she could look at my order on my phone and start making my order but she said no. 10 minutes went by and my order still did not show up. I asked if she could just put my order back in, but she said no. She wanted me to cancel my order using the app but I could not because the app said my order had already started being prepared. Another 10 minutes go by and I tell them everything I ordered on the app and pay again. I was assured I would not be charged via the app since it never showed up on their end. My food came out shortly after. The food was hot and the order was correct. I say all of this so if it happens to you, ask them if they can put your order in again and pay at the counter. Make sure you don’t get charged twice though.
