Reviews
Adding the 12.5% service charge, it is around £30 per head. My partner and I ordered onion soup and calamari as starter. Both are very good but the main dish, grilled sea bass fillet was not as expected. I visited the reading shop also. The starter and dessert of both Reading and Richmond are delicious but not applied to main dish.
Location, staff, service and ambience were all good, however…….the food was beyond disappointing.
Very basic food poorly presented.
Our party of five were unanimous in our view that there is no reason to return.
Such a shame.
Côte have refreshed their menu in the last year or so and it doesn’t disappoint. Prices have increased but it’s worth it. The lamb shank was perfect, the meat tasty and fell off the bone. My friends beef was excellent and well flavoured. The wine matched the rich meat well. The dessert was light and delicious – altogether a delightful meal.
I’d prefer no music but what was playing was not too intrusive.
The service was excellent, all the staffs were friendly, and helpful.
Seating areas are available indoor, and outdoor.
Toilets for customers are available on the first floor, and there’s an accessible/disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Food-superb.
Customer service-superb.
Deliberating where to have lunch, looking at the menu here when the waiter approached us.
The warm welcome lured us in and we were not disappointed.
Recommendations for drinks, a very well looked after 9 year old and plates finished.
Not residents of London but frequent visitors. This place will be on our list to visit again.
