We have eaten here twice now, and both times it has been excellent. My one critique is that a few of the dishes, while absolutely delicious, are a bit hard to eat without making a mess — I am only half-joking when I say it wouldn’t hurt to stick a little napkin symbol next to those next time they print menus!
The breakfast burger is probably the best thing we tried; eating one of those is an Experience. Since I lack a snake’s ability to unhinge my jaw, I found it impossible to eat the burger in the normal manner because of how impressively tall it is! That one is a knife and fork endeavor, and well worth getting laughed at by your dining companion because it’s scrumptious.
The huevos rancheros look so enticing in their photos . . . and definitely live up to it when ordered.
Service has been good both times we went, and we enjoyed the effort the staff put into their seasonal decor. Portions are generous. Serving breakfast all day is another big plus. We will definitely be back!

Great experience here from start to finish. Our waitress—her name was Nicole, blonde and full of energy—was genuinely friendly and took great care of us. Service was fast, attentive, and welcoming.
The food was on point: the steak tips were tender and flavorful, and the breakfast burger was stacked and satisfying. The cold brew was surprisingly good—definitely get it with the whipped cream and cold foam like she recommend.
The atmosphere was fun too. They really went all-in on the Halloween decorations, which gave the place some character without feeling overdone. Overall, solid food, great service, and a place I’d come back to.

I ordered mine from DoorDash to be delivered at a truck stop. I’ve never had chicken and waffles before and I haven’t ate in almost a day since I work the overnight shift and didn’t want to stop. Anyway, when I opened the heavy brown to go bag, I saw my beautiful waffle with the strawberry butter!! I never knew that existed or people make that. It was amazing. Then I opened the chicken box….first thing I said was…,”is this an entire chicken?!” It was fried with some tasty breading, I got two chicken breasts & two wings. It came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. The chicken was juicy somehow after being fried & had seasoning all the way through. I think they injected it with some yummy broth/seasoning. Thank you for making me smile and full before I took my 10 hr break.

My new favorite spot! Waffle House who!? lol Not only is the food delectable but the prices are great. Very prompt and delightful service from the sweet people they’ve got working there too. And I love the calm low lighting atmosphere. I don’t even feel like I’m in Tuscaloosa anymore lol it’s like a break from outside. A little Andy Griffin feel.

Saw the highly rated reviews on Google for this small diner, so we decided to give it a try. We were seated within 3 minutes. But the service was horrible. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to come and ask us for drinks. While everyone around us was being served, no one even looked our way. We were literally moments from speaking to a manager when someone asked us what we wanted to drink. The food came out quick and was very hot but just mediocre. Neither of our burgers was cooked to the requested medium. They came out well done. Overall, 2 stars for us would have been better food and cheaper to just grab Culver’s or whataburger. We definitely will not be returning anytime soon.

Service was AMAZING! Mister KeyShawn was an absolute pleasure and made my birthday weekend a very fun way to start! He was so friendly and sweet to me and my mom! The food especially the grits and fried chicken were great. And the atmosphere was great as well! My birthday breakfast with the chocolate cake and a happy birthday from KeyShawn was a great way to end my breakfast!
