This Waffle House used to be the best one in town, but the last several times we’ve gone we’ve had negative experiences. After today’s experience, it will probably be a while before we try eating at this location again.
We stopped in around 7pm to pick up a carry out order. The different stations in the store were a mess but we were the only customers in there.
The hash browns and toast were so burned they were almost inedible. They forgot one of the waffles we ordered (our fault for not checking the order before we left), and there were weird green spots on the waffle they did remember.

My girlfriend and I go here ALL of the time. We absolutely LOVE the third shift employees. They are our favorites. The food is always amazing, especially compared to other waffle house locations. Go to this location and tip your servers well! They deserve it.

I went to waffle house in red-bank(typically the best one) after an early work meeting with my coworkers and was served underdone(the sausage was still frozen) food and was charged $75 for it. i ordered a chocolate chip waffle, coworker 1: bacon egg cheese hash brown bowl, coworker 2: sausage egg and cheese hash brown bowl: all together. another coworker dine in had a chicken hash brown bowl. we were aware of the togo charge but it states the to go check was 34(for three of us, normal) and the dine in for ONE person was also $34? when we went up to discuss it multiple times we were told there is nothing to do and asked us to leave. it was a busy Saturday morning and this does not reflect all of waffle house but this was a horrible experience. I’ve included my receipt, the food, and the math i did of the estimated total.

The staff here are great. I do road work and we would sometimes use the parking lot here as a muster point and of course we were in and out of the restaurant regularly at night. The waitresses I dealt with the most are mother and daughter and they are great. When they would see my truck pulling in they already got started on my order so when I came in I didn’t have a wait which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this location.

Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to in Chattanooga. Fresh food and polite service. Usually really busy, so it doesn’t feel like you are eating in a desolate place. One of the better options that is open late. Convenient to downtown.

Hannah is hands down the worst server I have ever experienced in my entire life. You can’t be rude and a bad server. I tip personally based off of service, and if anyone else is the same I don’t know how she makes any money. She was rude from beginning to end. We had to go up to the counter and ask other servers for refills. We saw her a total of 3 times and when she dropped our food off she quite literally threw the bacon plates on the table. I get this is Waffle House and you can’t expect much but if you’re gonna be a crappy server at least be nice it might get her a few extra dollars here and there.
