I wish it was easier to get here coming from Hobbs but aside from that the woman who helped me was very nice. She helped me yesterday and today. I don’t remember her name. I went during lunch time. She came out and had sauces and gave me one. Some locations charge for one sauce or ketchup. This was a nice gesture. The only inconvenience is getting into McDonald’s but aside from that no complaints

I ordered two double cheese burgers a drink and a large fry here today at like 4. And the girl at the drive thru window gives me the wrong order, so I tell her I got the wrong one… she gives me a little attitude about it and I think nothing of it.

I ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes on the way to work open it up to enjoy before I started the day and there were know hash browns. So I call up there and I explained the situation and the manager on duty told me well they told me they are in there. I said excuse me why would I call you and waste my time with this if I had them? I told her that was very unprofessional to call someone a liar when clearly I don’t have them she then said what do I want to do about it? I stated I want to speak to the manager above you she said call back at 10. So that’s my plan. Very unprofessional people working in the morning.

Called to explain that our order was given to us incomplete and wrong. Never asked for a refund but to simply be made whole. Miles probably shouldn’t be a manager if he can’t wait to understand what is being said to him before he opens his mouth. Asked for the Gms name and was ignored. Literally had to have someone else call to get something done. Not smart. Coming from a previous McDonalds manager myself. Do better.

Decided to go into this McDonalds while waiting on my car to get out of Discount Tire next door. Very nice inside. This visit was during the week after lunch and it was very quiet in the dining room most of the time I was there. They do not answer the number listed, it seems to be a fax number.

I’ve worked at McDonald’s for over 3 years, it does not take 15mins to make a McGriddle sandwich!
Not only did they take forever, but they for sure didn’t bake the McGriddles that I received I can tell it came fresh out of the microwave. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Plus the line preps were using their hands instead of tongs to grab the egg, to grab the sausage, etc.. I seen them with my own eyes oh my goodness!
I swear I almost wanted to go back there to show them how procedures are supposed to be done pure laziness here!
I will never return here again nor do I recommend.
