The breakfast chicken sandwich was absolutely incredible! I was a little disappointed in the fact that the biscuit itself was extremely crumbly as seen in the picture. However, there’s no way I’m giving less than five stars love of Chick-fil-A and everything they stand for!

As always, the employees at my local CFA exceed my expectations! I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break, so time is of the essence. Fortunately, there’s a CFA just 5 minutes away but that’s still a very aggressive schedule. I use either the mobile lane or the drive-through lane. Either way, the employees at my local CFA (Airport Road in Arden, North Carolina) always get my food to me promptly. That super-efficient service enables me to have a great lunch AND get back to work on time.

I used the drive thru pickup on the app, but still had to wait a good while when I got there. The app did have location working and signaled that it saw me on the way. There were very few customers at the store when I arrived and no cars at the pickup window. I could see them cleaning and fixing drinks, but nothing was brought out to other cars that came in after me.
I saw no value in using the app if the order takes that long anyway.

I can’t say nothing bad about chick.Fillay because I know if you say something bad about them, they’ll find out who they are. And they’ll make them obsolete, so they do a good job. They always say the right things. Excellent customer service. Food’s always on time and drive through moving faster than a mother. So yeah, eat there. If you like chicken

Easily the best location in Asheville. Specifically, their employee Josh is an S-tier human being. Always welcoming, warm, and very friendly. Great food, great people.

Be sure and read other review site Yelp about this location. I’m done with this Chick-fil-A location, the company has always been known for EXCELLENT customer service, company wide, seemed as though whatever Chick-fil-A you are at you are graciously greeted and issues are generally an afterthought. Previously, I always used the Chick-fil-A in Hendersonville, GREAT, but started using the Arden location more as it’s more convenient. Over the past 6-months, I’ve had to go inside after ordering in the drive-thru twice because they forgot the fries in order and an entire kids meal in another. As a business I owner I get it, mistakes are going to happen, but you ALWAYS apologize for mistakes. The part that irked me and my wife, both times we had to park, then WAIT in line AGAIN when going inside to getting the remaining items from our order, both times we weren’t even given a simple “sorry” instead getting just a, here ya go! Tonight was the last straw for this location, I pull in to the drive-thru and see that nobody is out taking orders (I’ve never seen it different at this location) as they are always on you waving their hands for you to pull forward (way past the speaker) and you then order with an individual on a tablet. So when I didn’t see anybody standing outside, I naturally pulled around stopping near the pickup window. A young man with the tablet used to order comes out and says “can I get a name, I gave him my name and he said have you ordered yet?” Being a little confused I said no and he replied “my boss says I can’t take orders on here and that you’ll have to go back around and order from the speaker.” What, you never take orders from there, well it’s cold tonight so that’s the way it’s done. I’m like you’re holding the order tablet, why can’t you take my order as NORMAL, a female supervisor confirmed that. There was no explanation, just “tonight you have to order from the speaker.” Nevermind every other visit there are employees waving you to pull forward if you stop at the speaker to order or god forbid look at the menu, I’ve NEVER ordered from the speaker at this location. Maybe you’re supposed to call ahead of time to ask which method of ordering they’re using prior to arrival, if it’s because it’s cold, how about knowing what the cutoff temperature is???? Over something so trivial and childish where the order could’ve been taken, you’ve lost this customer and I don’t have to say what my “word of mouth” will be about this location. There’s a computer 2-feet from that supervisor and that same young man holding the tablet to take orders was standing next to her. My wife said “it came across like when we punish our kids for not doing something the correct way, we make them go back and do it the right way. Difference is we’re adults and PAYING CUSTOMERS, frequent paying customers at that, now only in the “past tense.” Bottom line, this is NOT a Chick-fil-A issue, this is a ARDEN Chick-fil-A issue, those reading this can decide on their own, but I know (3) people in this household that won’t EVER be using that location again. This isn’t just a one-off for our family, this is a systemic issue from THIS LOCATION that we’ve never experienced at other Chick-fil-A locations in the past 20+ years of being customers. I guess this is so polarizing because (1) being a business owner I’m just beside myself as to how something like this can even be an issue, (2) I didn’t change up the “normal” way of doing things, I did as per usual and then was admonished for NOT knowing how orders were being taken at that current hour of the day. If that was my business money and future money that was lost for turning away a customer
Don’t one day want customers to pull around and order off of a tablet and the next change it up and act like it’s the customers fault when you change it from “how it’s typically done day to day.” Was it worth losing customers? Seems pretty trivial and childish really, Airport Rd. is littered with fast food alternatives, not business smart that’s for sure, sounds like a top down issue!

I love Chick-fil-A salads, but this is the worst one I’ve ever had. Half of the lettuce pieces were very hard bitter white pieces from the core. Even the base of the core itself was in it. Just some chicken crumbs on top, very little strawberry.

This happened about 3–4 days ago. The cashiers were too busy chatting with other customers about their weekend instead of taking orders. I understand being friendly, but I came to order food, not listen to personal conversations. I also tried to redeem one of my rewards perks with my physical card, and the guy (I forgot his name) told me only the Tunnel Rd location redeems them. He didn’t apologize for the confusion or even say “have a good day.” I just left — really disappointing customer service.
